This business is shady and fake professional. I wouldnt spend my money here strictly off of the principle.I was an employee of this clinic/medical spa/wellness center for one month. this was the absolute worst place to work. This past Wednesday I expressed some grievances on the work environment, inappropriate behavior from the owner when it comes to females, and my pay.At the end of this conversation the owner decided to either not pay me or dock my pay. I am a mother of three small children whose youngest is barely 2 months old.Every employee at this establishment had been paid by Thursday 5/2 except me. I texted the owner and asked would he still be able to pay me on Thursday He simply said no.On 5/3 Friday morning I STILL had Not been paid. I STILL, headed to work. that morning I ran out of gas. communicated with the practice manager and the owner that I would be late. During this time (as Im stranded on the side of the highway) I received a text message from the owner stating that if I did not return the key to his building that my pay would be docked $225 for the rekeying of his building.I was given a one hour window to return the key in which I knew I would not physically make it to the clinic in that time so I mailed the key.This is an incident of discrimination, retaliation, and straight up wrong doing.This man portrays him self as some type of doctor. Several times people would come into the clinic asking for Dr. **** or Dr.Cliff. He is not a doctor.. ******** should literally just stop going here. The turn over rate is extremely high.. When you spend money here you are supporting a business whose owner is not a very nice person. When you do, you are supporting someone who will literally with hold pay from his employee because of feelings.The pettiness is real as even the practice manager (a fellow mother and woman) attempted to not only make this incident my fault but also attempted to JUSTIFY this mans actions.
