I had a reservation from Feb 5th-8th. My name was as a guest on the reservation along with my number. I had mistaken my checkout date for a later time and thus left all of my belongings in the room. The staff called the ****** and he told them I was not staying any longer. This should have prompted a response in the staff that he did not stay here and that the owner of the things should be contacted. They did not contact me but they instead threw away about $400 dollars worth of things instead of keeping them in the lost and found. The items include a big army bag that was full of medications, tons of make up and skin care, my soap and face wash that was newly ******, a pair of new **** tennis shoes, BeBe sandals, a new iPhone charger and miscellaneous clothes. I want compensation for such a complete disregard for my things. I was let into the lost and found room and there were bags in there dating back to December with soaps and small clothes items, so I am trying to figure out what in anyone's right mind would throw out something to this degree. At this point I think my items were stolen because I cannot believe anyone is throwing away a charger and new shoes and an entire makeup bag that was completely full. I have to buy all new shoes now because that was all I had. I also do not have another charger at the moment. I am requesting full compensation for the items that were thrown away.
