    Ordered Persol sunglasses in April as I'm light sensitive and needed a prescription to help with driving. Had the glasses for less than a month when one of the lenses popped out. Called customer service for repair/replacement. They sent a return box that I sent with the glasses. They received the package.After a week of no communicating, I called the generic number to figure out why I don't have a replacement on the way. Run around.Week later I receive an email saying the money has been refunded. Mind you, no money has seen the amount to this day and that was in May. I called again and they say it takes a week to show.Called a week later to speak to a manager(took an hr for just that), and they said the problem is escalated and someone will be reaching out to me.     I ordered prescription sunglasses online from Lenscrafters on 12/30/22. The first pair came in about a week with a good prescription, but untinted, clear lenses. I called customer support and they had me send them back to be remade. ***** days later I had them back and the prescription was so wrong I couldn't see with them. Third time they didn't ask for the glasses back and just sent another pair after I again had to provide my prescription. The third pair they sent had blotchy tint and someone had put the frame's nonprescription glass lenses in the glasses case loose to tumble around against the frame, which scratched them. The prescription was fine though. Again I went to customer service and they offered to either remake or refund. I told them I still wanted what I ordered and would take a refund if they screwed-up a fourth time. A week later (today), they told me my prescription could not be made to the frames and just canceled my order and initiated a refund. My prescription has barely any correction, it's not special, and out of three tries, they got it right two times. I really cannot remember getting such an awful product that the manufacturer couldn't make good on after several tries. By comparison, "only" 50% of the Lenscrafters glasses I've bought in-store had issues and none of them were this bad.
