I purchased backdrops for a photo booth in August. They arrived in September and were nothing like the pictures on her site. She has "Happy Customer. 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Full 30 day money back policy" on the front page of her site. She does not honor this policy. I contacted her as soon as I received the products back in September. She admitted in a text the quality wasn't what she approved. She told me in a text to cancel the dispute and send them back and she would refund me. She even sent a return label. I sent them back and she fought the dispute, told ****** (who I financed it through) she has an all sales are final policy listed somewhere on her site but would have them reprinted. Not only did she not reprint them I contacted her after a month of waiting. I asked for my money back and she said she was going through something personal and I was harassing her. She sent back the same exact backdrops. She didn't reprint them She also sent a used, broken backdrop stand that has marks all over it and missing pieces that I can't use. I had to buy another stand and could not provide the backdrops I promised to my clients. When I said I wanted my money back she told me to take her to court. I left a negative review on her ******** page and she blocked me. I reopened the dispute with Affirm because they sided with her stating that she said that is her policy even though again and still today that is not the policy she flashes on the front page of her site. This is completely misleading and intentional! Regardless, the products I received are nothing like what is pictured, the quality is horrible and I did not purchase used backdrop stand I purchased a new one and with missing pieces. The woman is a scam artist and others in the couple of photo booth groups on ******** have said they were in a similar boat and have had issues with no resolution. She knows exactly what she is doing. My other issue is I made one partial payment to Affirm (which I believe is based overseas) but until they address this issue I am refusing to make more payments. These were $725. There is zero protection for the consumer but I refuse to be scammed. Again, asking for money back is her saying we're harassing her and her only defense. Her attitude regarding this has been horrendous and something needs to be done. If this ruins my credit this will be a much bigger case than small claims court. I live in ********** so it will cost me more to come down for small claims court. I would like your office to hold her accountable. I have many photos of her texts and the products of what I received and can send the rest. Please reach out to me with any questions and what I can do legally. This woman must be stopped! I am rejecting this response because: She does not stand by her policy of 30 day money back guarantee. She knows she sent me a used product with missing pieces. Also, if she stood by her products she would stand by her policy. I want a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: this is exactly what she does. She sent missing pieces, and used products. Products that she agreed in a text that that werent the quality she approved to be sent. She only refused to refund me when the supplier refused to refund her. Then her whole attitude changed. She has ignored requests to fix the products, she lied to affirm about sending new products and played a victim knowing she has scammed a customer. She should not be allowed to continue to scam people and to operate. I have hired a lawyer and also reported her to the *******, ************** and ** AGs offices. I am in several ******** Photo Booth groups where several customers have complained about her doing the same to them. Ill be encouraging them to file complaints as well. She needs to be held accountable.
