      11/2- ***** came out to fix a problem before he got out of the drive way it was still leaking. 11/9- The pipe bursted again. I called the company they sent a message to technician *****. ***** came to my house after several calls and the next day and he capped off water. I never heard from him again was told I can't get my money back and the receptionist hung up on me. I have been with out water for some time and this company doesn't care. The most they can offer is for someone else to come out and not in a timely manner.

      This is in response to *********************************** complaint about our company. When called out for service Mrs. ******* was not at her home. Her father was there and all corsponce was made between him and our tech *****. He told ***** to proceed and he will make payment, once job was completed he said he did not have money to make payment. My tech was going to call the police and then he decided to actually make the payment. We completed the service on 11-2-21 she called back on 11-9-21 saying she didn't have any water. We had ***** go back out there and he advised her that we would need to reroute the line. She didn't want to do so. ***** capped off the washing machine line in order to allow them to use water through the house till they made up their minds if they wanted to move forward with additional work. We didn't heard anything from her till 11-19-21 when she called the office saying yet again she didn't have any water. I told her we will get her taken care of and she asked if it will be that way. I told her we will try our best to get out there asap, but that it wouldn't be today. She started yelling and cussing at me so I disconnected the line. ***** the owner tried calling her to see what we could do for her she avoided the phone call and voice mail box was full. On 11-22-21 A man from an insurance claim company called me. His name was **** but the actual claim guys name is ********************* phone number ************. Claim number 1127J960v.I told him we could not discus due to the claim made into BBB. He said he understood and that it does sound odd that she is trying to get her money from the insurance company and from our company. We will be more that happy to take care of this issue, but she will need to give us time to get out there.
