I purchased a dress from Sunnyandsass.com on 1/18/22 for $128.00. The order # is ******. I had verified on their website that this dress would be returnable should it not fit or work for me - their refund policy states "Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) unless otherwise stated.....You must request a return authorization number within 72 hours of order delivery according to the shipping carrier" - this was a regular priced item with nothing stating it was not returnable, and I requested a return authorization the same night it was delivered because it didn't fit. It has been two weeks since I sent my first request for a return authorization and since that time I have emailed them 4 more times and also tried to send a message via their website costumer service 3 or 4 times. I only received a response to my 3rd email stating that they were waiting on the return authorization from the warehouse and that was 12 days ago and they have not responded to any other of my emails or my messages to costumer service on their website. They have no company phone number to call. I need help in requiring them to follow through on what their website claims and I want to be able to return the dress and get my money back.
