      I signed a contract with Total Roof Solutions on 3/9/23 with their representative ******************* for a Total Roof Replacement using ***** Corning products and the total was for $6155.77. The company stated in writing they had a five year workmanship warranty. The reason for the roof replacement was due to leaking and after they completed the job and after the first rain after the job dripping was heard in the hall bathroom. That morning March 22, 2023 at 9:15am a text message was sent to **** to let him know and when he might be able to get someone out to get on the roof to take a look. He never responded to the text at all. Well the next time it rained extremely hard three adults in the home heard the same water dripping noise. It was that morning that my daughter called Total Roof Solutions and spoke with **** and explained that I had text **** about the same issue but got no response(He said **** happened to be on vacation). She stated **** said he would contact our home number that afternoon and its been more than one week and I havent heard from anyone. I would hate to think that this company treats a customer like me disparately due to race, gender or age once Ive fully paid them for a job. If you say you have a 5 year workmanship warranty then stand by it. And if youre going to put yourself out there as an ***** Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor and listed on ********* make right website then at least be responsive to your customers. Ive had one of my neighbors ask me who did my roof for a reference but because of how Ive been treated I certainly dont feel comfortable giving them this companies information.

      We came out on 4/12/23 to inspect the issue. We went on top of the roof to check all pipe boots. We found no evidence of a leak or anything that could cause dripping. Could possibly be the new gutters we put on the house, normally the water dripping after a rain into the down spout can cause a loud noise. We offered to come inside the home and inspect as well but the home owner was not willing to let us in the house that day. We are more than willing to come inside and inspect as well noise was stated to be in a bathroom coming from the exhaust fan. Total Roof Solutions is more than willing to do what ever we can and have continued to do so

      Total Roof Solutions replaced/repaired my roof on July 8, 2020. A copy of the receipt for invoice number 4074 attached. TRS damaged my home in the process of replacing/repairing the roof. On July 17 I contacted Josh and advised him that the chimney corner cover was damaged. He assured me that it would be repaired. Ray and I did a walk around ground level inspection of the job, things appeared to be okay. I recently cleaned my gutters and discovered the chimney corner cover was not repaired and there's a hole in my siding near my chimney on the roof line ( see attached photos). TRS damaged my home and did not take ownership of their error. They were probably hoping that the hole would not be discovered until it was too late or not at all. The integrity of this organization is in question. I want my home inspected for mold and any structural damage caused by water seeping through the hole in the siding, all repairs paid for by TRS. I found TRS through the ******* ****** website.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/24) */ Total Roof Solutions would like to say that we are more than happy to address any issues the customer has with the roof we replaced over a year ago in 2020 because we stand behind our work. This is the first we have heard from the homeowner since we completed the job in mid 2020, and wish they would have just simply called us to give us the opportunity to address their concerns before sending a complaint to the BBB. With this being said, we would like to ask the homeowner to simply call our office to set up an appointment for one of our reps to come take a look at the issues/concerns they may have to see if we can come up with a resolution.
