We are thoroughly impressed with this company. Hands down quality customer service. They certainly know their stuff! We were referred to Michaels Roofing by a neighbor after the hailstorm and we have zero regrets. ***** came out and found damage. He was very friendly, efficient and always there when we had any questions. He met with our insurance adjuster and made the process as smooth as possible. When it came time to choose new shingles he made a color suggestion that I normally wouldnt have considered and I am so glad that we went with his suggestion- it looks awesome on our house!! ****** at the office was so pleasant to work with. She knows her stuff when it comes to working with these insurance policies. All of my questions were answered. ******* was always quick to reply to my emails and got us scheduled quickly. When it came down to getting our new roof, they showed up bright and early and got down to business quickly. We had ***** crew and they were all so nice, hardworking and worked so well with one another. Our plants were covered, they thoroughly combed our yard for roofing nails and let our properly looking like they werent even therewith the exception of our super awesome new roof! They finished a large roof in less than two full days- the rain on day one delayed them a little. Several houses on our street are using Michaels Roofing.
