    We hired ****** ***** from InspectGeorgia to inspect our home in ******* and he gave us a report and told us the house was in overall great shape. No major concerns just an issue with the chimney pan and changing the smoke alarms. He even raved about how well the deck was built that he usually encounters decks with a lot of issues. Within the first few weeks we noticed broken window frames that lets in outside air, leaking faucets in every bathroom, the shower had been leaking (a plumber spotted the issue without even getting down to inspect it properly) which caused water damage on the main level. The fridge the old owners leaked so we had to replace the floor which we then also realized the door threshold to the deck was soft and upon removing it discovered rot and mold. The deck he raved about has the railing completely falling apart which is a major risk so we do not even go out there until we can afford to fix it. My husband called him and brought up these concerns to the inspector and he said, and I quote, “that house worried me.” That was never relayed to us obviously or we would have never bought it. We requested our money back to at least cover the shower repair and just said he would call us back, never did. We left a negative ****** review and he acted like my husband was not a customer to fool potential customers, he knows who he is. We called him after he replied to our review (as soon as he heard my husbands name he immediately knew who he was) and he proceeded to yell at him that how dare he leave a negative review and a bunch of unpleasant things and never once had apologized or tried to make things right. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person. I do not think asking for our $475 back is being unreasonable after we bought a dump of a house thanks to him. I have a suspicion he works with ******* (the company we used) to help close homes quickly and does not actually fully inspect or care about the condition of the home.
