I purchased a 20** *** *** and from day 1 it has been internal issues, however I fixed the following at my very own expense 1. Power steering belt 2.Evact purge valve. 3.light bulbs. 4.speakers which I repaired because the ones that were left in vehicle was dry rotted. 5.Running daylight bulb on driver side I replaced. 6.Replace Purge valve and to add insult to injury is that the car wouldn't start after filling it up with gas, I had to sit 2-7minutes repeatedly trying to start the car until in finally crank, the main issue which I contacted them on 2/14/24 was when it stopped at the red light and wouldn't crank back up I spent $50.00 on having it towed to my home, after I was being persistent Spires had it towed to their mechanic,my couples friends,my wife and I was told it would take 3 days to fix however today is the 4th day without them communicating with me, at this time I would like to exercise the ************* *** ***** ******************* we have waited over the reasonable amount of time(which she stated 3 days to us which we're on day 4 that was stated in front of our 2 witnesses that it would take them 3 days (our witness are as follows 1.****** ***** ************* and **** ***** same number as ******) who was with us witnessed the worker (***** ******) state that it would be ready however at this time day 4 without them contacting us for an update I would like to receive a full refund because the car is definitely a burden and it is definitely a lemon that they sold me.Business response

On December 28, 2023 *** **** purchased a 20** *** *** from Spires Auto Sales. In *** ****'s contract he signed multiple documents stating he was buying a car AS IS with No Warranty, which attached is a copy of one of said documents. As stated *** **** bought a vehicle As Is and yet when he contacted Spires Auto Sales after 5 pm on Wednesday February 14, 2024 in reference to his vehicle breaking down he was advised that the shop was closed and that Spires Auto Sales would get it towed to the mechanic shop the next day. On Thursday February 15, Spires Auto Sales had *** ****'s vehicle towed to the shop where it was determined that the Timing Belt was broken. Spires Auto Sales contacted *** **** and explained that we would put his vehicle before anything else and get it back to him as soon as we could. On Monday morning February 19 Spires Auto Sales contacted *** **** and advised him that his vehicle would be ready by Tuesday February 20, and he could pick his vehicle up, his response was ok. On Tuesday February 21, Spires Auto Sales contacted *** ****, but had no response from him. Spires Auto Sales finally reached *** **** by telephone on Friday February 23, in which *** **** informed Spires Auto Sales that he no longer wanted the vehicle and wanted a refund. Spires Auto Sales acted quickly in repairing *** ****'s vehicle at no charge to him and he was not satisfied.
