My problem started on the day I brought my truck to Cartech Automotive. I brought my truck in due to engine failure , and attempted to give as much detail to ***** about what was going on with my truck to assist with a diagnosis; but what ever was on his phone seemed more important .After leaving the shop , it sat there for two weeks before I was given the dreadful news that I needed a new engine . I brought $5100 to have a engine ordered and was told it would be about 8 weeks . No big deal . 8 weeks rolls around , nothing . So I sent a follow up at the 12 week **** . I was told its still on back order . I again sent a follow up a month and a half later and was informed that one vehicle is ahead of mine (this was on 05/23/22).and will receive notification when its ready for pick up . I receive a text on 06/28/22 to come pick my truck up . I didnt even have the truck back a full 3 days and my engine is overheating . This problem was discovered on the way to my brothers funeral . A funeral I missed because I was stranded an hour from my home .I immediately sent message explaining my circumstances and this is the response Hello this is ****** at Cartech Automotive I just received your message about vehicle overheating. As you already know we are extremely busy of course I would like to take a look at that for you but dont have an available appointment till July 14 Thursday or July 15 Friday if you could please reach back to me so I can schedule it inI waited 5 months , gave them almost 8 grand , and missed my brothers funeral , and that is the best they can do . Wow
