*************** with the sales team have been a please to work with. My first order just came in and everything looks great. I needed to purchase a large quantity of good from Minerva and for some reason the purchase would not go through. Thanks to *******'s experience he knew after asking a few key questions that I needed to increase my new bank accounts spending limit and we were back on track. As for ***** she already knew we wanted to get the products in as soon as possible, but we were waiting on one item to come in before shipping out. ***** worked it out so that one item we had been waiting for would be moved to our second shipment and the items that were ready shipped out the next day. I have nothing but the kindest regards for the Minerva sales team. Thank you so much!Review from Dalena N

I have been doing business with Minerva Beauty for many years, they have assisted me in furnishing 4 salons. This time was over the top amazing! I worked with ************** she went above and beyond to help me with choosing the right studio equipment to fit my Hair Force Studio theme. It's perfect! ***** is kind and patient. Plus, she assisted me in my challenging delivery needs and budget. I saved over $500 in working with her personally! Never just order on the site, I suggest always connecting with her for everything. Stylist, this goes beyond salon equipment needs, always work with a distributor directly. This will save you stress and 1000's! Next to mention is the fabulous salon equipment! Highest quality I have ever had! Plus the Avant style is absolutely the most comfortable styling chair/electric base suggested worth it! The Avant shampoo system is the most comfortable and your guest's will just love it and so will their back and necks. This company is above a 5 Star review!Review from Stephanie G

I had a lost of questions today before a placed my order so i decided to call and fortunately I got ***** on the phone, She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient trough out the process, so needles to say yes I did purchase 4 hair stations and thank you ***** for your help.Review from Josie S

Please please do not shop with the They quality is not good . I was so excited to order items for my new salon the boxes of stations came there are several pieces missing cheap wood as well as many scews from each box is not in box . Now i have to send back items and delay ky salon opening as well as money spent to contractors ro come out againReview from tina b

Wow I buy my salon equipment with Minerva beauty company, the quality was incredibly the assistance I got I cant explain ***** help me with my *************** information , with replacement item and response my emails so fast I really purchase the goo service I received from her. Really would like to give 0 stars but that was not an option. Before ordering from Minerva Beauty Supply, I wished I had checked out these reviews first. I purchased a hydraulic massage table from them and nowhere could I find an estimate on delivery date before or after my purchase but I went ahead and ordered from them a month before I needed the table due to shipping issues in the U.S. of late. It arrived within 5 days and I had nowhere to store it so the delivery company was going to charge over $400 for two weeks storage, of which Minerva expected me to cover, which I understand. So not wanting to put out $400 for storage, I had it sent back to Minerva. I was charged an additional return fee of $286.82 and the original shipping was not refunded, which was $221.57. Therefore, I am out $508.39 and have nothing to show for it. I understand the cost of doing business but I WILL NOT be reordering the table or anything else from Minerva as they were unwilling to work with me on any of this.
