On May 22,2021 I place a order and paid in full #invoice number ******. The invoice total $557.76. Items not received were 6 wristlets $84.00 and $38.00 shipping. Numerous messages regarding this order have been placed. The owner has given excuses due to covid, flu, waiting in materials and promises of at the end of the month they should be ready and shipped. I have had numerous issues with ordering and receiving the correct items. The owner is not fulfilling her orders of products but received full payment. Copies of invoice and paid in full along with all correspondence with her are also in hand to fully prove my details. The products she sells are all handmade and take time to make and I fully understand that. The communication is extremely poor with her customers. She has given me estimate of 5-6 weeks when you place the order then it turns into a 11 months and counting. After this became continued I decided to look into this business further and realized I was not the only one. Numerous complaints have been filed as I also will give her a poor review. The company needs to refund $84.00 for wristlets and $38 for shipping or simply give me the products I paid for. I will not place any orders in the future with Dawns Garden Gate. I hope the BBB will warn its customers of this fraud. This business is scamming people.
