She was consistently late with all of her orders. I ordered once, then twice and I should have known not to order a third time. NEVER got my order, 6 months later and still no order. I demanded a refund of OVER $700 and she has sent me $200 of that. I would be ashamed if I knew I treated my business and customers this way. She either needs to regroup or call it quits. As stated I have been paying on the refund. Due to personal and business issues I have fallen behind. I spoke with this customer today and sent additional monies. People write nastiness but when you speak to them they are ok.funny peopleReview from Susan L

Placed order August 2021. Its now June 2022. No product in spite of numerous promises made regarding completion date, ************. No refund in spite of numerous promises made. Contacted bank and am now getting ready to file lawsuit. I encourage others who have same complaints to file one also.Review from Susie G

This business is a rip off! Don't believe anything she tells you. The excuses were Covid, delay in shipment, kept being told it'd ship next week, she'd look when she got back to the office, etc. I ordered July 18th. Was finally told in October if I wasn't happy with how long it was taking to get my refund, so file a complaint with my bank. Well life happened and I didn't do that. NEVER received my merchandise NOR a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!Review from Rachel C.

WHY IS THERE NOT A ZERO START OPTION??? **** is a fraud and con. SHE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR STUFF. If she does, it's not everything and will tell you she will ship with the next order., but you won't be getting your next order. I spent well over $600 with her and didn't even receive half. I have the screen shots and the harassing emails saved. I contacted my bank after she told me to file with them, however, it's been too long per my bank. She knows exactly what she is doing. She gives reasons as to why she hasn't been able to ship. I was understanding given everything that is going on in this world, but it's been over a year and still I haven't received my products. She sent me a message saying she was claiming bankruptcy and I'd have to wait. I have messages and emails stating that she is claiming bankruptcy and February 2022 would be the earliest that I could get my money back. My orders are from 2020 and 2021. IF you ask questions, she will block you from her page and sending her messages on ********* She will tell you that you need to contact her via email. My business partner then posted on her page BECAUSE SHE IS STILL SELLING EVEN AFTER SHE SAID SHE WAS FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY AND NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!! WHAT!!!!! I never got responses on the emails that were sent until that very day that the comments were posted on her page. FUNNY HOW THAT WORKS. MY emails stated that I am not allowed to make posts like that, I told her it wasn't me, it was my business partner and when someone blocks you and doesn't give your money back and doesn't respond to messages, that's what happens. THE BUSINESS PARTNER STEPS IN. I also let her know that if she is filing for bankruptcy everyone needs to know so that no more orders are placed and people for her to take advantage of. The email told me that I needed to watch it or she'll make sure it takes a really long time for me to ever get my money , if I ever do. BEWARE and don't do business with her! ZERO STARS!!!!! Horrible customer service but product was great. I received partial shipments of orders and after contacting several times, finally received items. I had a second order I wanted for an event and she promised (her words) that I would have it in time. I received it three days late. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because it was ***** So, for the third event, I asked if she could ship **** so I could make sure I had the product in time for another event. She assured me I could, agreeing to ship **** This time, I spent $270 on a tent for the event, $50 to rent a space and $544 on an order because I was selling the items. People loved them and were asking for specific things. I kept asking for updates on my order because there was no initiation of communication on her end. She told me it was due to ship, several times. The day of the event had passed and I inquired again. I got a generic reply saying she could not refund my money and she was filing bankruptcy. I tried once more to see if I could get my order, considering it was ready to ship. I received this notice, We are not taking orders at this time. If you need to ask a question we monitor msgs. If you have ordered from her snd have received a similar message, I hope you used PayPal. I contacted PayPal and they refunded my money. ****** learned. I also always look for reviews and there were none on here when I originally ordered from her.Review from Sarah W

I can't even give her any stars because she is so unprofessional and ugly to deal with.(but I have to leave a review) I have ordered from her in the past. I would always get a partial of the order! I have been getting the runaround on a order from may 5!!! I got every single excuse in the book but still no product! she is super quick to "take your money" but not a refund. she will also say she will just refund you but then the headache starts to try and get it back! PayPal was great and got me my money back but the square transaction is not as. do yourself a favor and just run.....the thought of a handmade feedback item is great but the wait for it is terrible. I cannot wait to see what she responds here. probably that I was nasty...lol we are talking 15 wristlets....not 150. do you see any good reviews?? no..because there aren't any!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Review from Shannon C

July 14 placed an order of 22 pillows she stated 4 to 5 weeks to complete. August 12th messaged her to see how the order was going, no response. Aug 17 messaged again. She stated they were in production should be ready any day. August 27th messaged her checking on order, she stated three people out with covid she would let me know by Monday morning. September 10th messaged her again she said order was in production and shouldn't be another week. September 16th said I would be getting my order by next week. September 17th stated pillowed will go out Monday. September 23rd Thursday still no pillows she stated 2 big boxes will be mailed in the morning. September 27th no pillows received or any tracking number. September 28th nothing, she said they were sent back due to address. She sent me a picture of the label on the boxes address was correct and it showed the date of shipping of September 29th so she lied about when she shipped them. Ok no big deal. By Oct 7th I have received both boxes but only received 16 pillows. I once again messaged her and she stated sorry quilts are hard to come by. So she knew when she shipped that it wasn't my whole order and didn't message me about it. I asked her if she even checks the orders before they ship and that she was so quick to take my money and took three months to get my product. She then told me to order from Etsy and see how long it takes. She then said she would refund my money and remove me from the retailers list. Before I could reply she blocked me from Facebook and messenger. We will see if I actually get my refund in seven days. She very rude, does shady business. I wouldn't buy anything from her. She can return "poor quality" items anytime she wants. I will not be threatened by a customer. She was threatening and very hard to make understand how hard it is with employees out with Covid. We take pride in quality of handmade items. There have been delays. Her tactics won't work. She did not complain about items she received or she could return for refund. I don't have to have customers like this nor do I want them selling my items. Poor business relationships are best as no relationship at all.... I will ban/block anyone who threatens me or my employeesCustomer Response

Pillows are all different colors when I asked for two of each pillow. Pillows had holes on some had to fix myself. Everything she told me was a lie while I paid over $400 Couldn't communicate with her after the fact due to her blocking me. I have all the messages from her and myself if anyone one would like to read them.. I did not threaten her as she stated. I asked for a refund for the pillows she did not send. She just doesn't like when one calls her out on her lies!!!
