If I could leave no stars whatso ever I would. The company is highly unprofessional and expect for the customer to understand all and any excuse they provide. I have had my taxes done by them for some years now. Ever time I have referred them to someone it has always been a problem. However it was always a excuse that I could understand. But not this time around, my husband had he's taxes filed what her preparer in SC. Once she got all of he's information she never would return any phone calls nor reply back to any texts only to tell us that she will take a look at them and let us know and another time when she told us that she has to work too and have not had time to do anything. She promised that she would call us one night and we never got that call. Personally, this make me look bad and has my husband upset with me because I introduced him to her and told him that he could get he's taxes done by her. Keep in mind this is his first time getting them done and with her know that she should have been at least put him at ease when he would call or text with questions. She even started ignoring me when I would reach out as well. When reaching out to the office in GA ( I live in SC) I could not get them to reply back to any emails or phone calls. We have no status on his return nor know if they have even filed them or not. I've always be about supporting our own and local business but this makes me feel like I can't even do that any more. I don't recommended them to anyone nor will I be using in the future for my tax service.

********'s husband had recently been incarcerated the preparer that completed her tax return had to make sure she covered all her due diligence to complete a legal tax return. once the preparer completed her due diligence she completed his retirn where he was funded a return. Whenever she reached out to the main office I spoke with her and explained we must do our due diligence.
