I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima. Before I purchased the vehicle, I spoke to the dealer Jarwin ****** a few times in March about the vehicle repeatedly. Is the title clean?, were the vehicle in any damages and is there a lien on the vehicle. J. ****** stated nothing is wrong with the car and everything is good on it. I purchased the Nissan Altima on March 17, 2021 from Simone ******** the sale person. I signed the blank "Form MV-1 Motor Vehicle Title Application, Signed the Buyers Guide and signed the Bill Of Sale. Last I received a piece of paper Georgia Temporary License which I taped on the inside of the back window. I asked Simone about the original title I NEVER saw. She stated Jarwin has it home. I was very DEVASTED when I received the title two months later. On the title it say *REBUILT*. He concealed information on the car and took my money. My car is now down car doesn't drive the speed limit. Transmission whining. A/C not working. He is aware of it. Nothing being done.Business response

Please direct the claim to the appropriate seller. Consumer Response /* (3000, 16, 2021/10/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The vehicle was SOLD by Optimal Auto Sales, LLC. The rep who did assisted and did the transaction was completed by Simone McEachin on March 17, 2021. **Money was giving to purchase the vehicle and documents were signed by both parties. *Please see attachments. Business Response /* (4000, 21, 2021/11/01) */ Again, the registered owner of the unit is Everything Auto Brokers of 4140 Stacks rd. College Park GA XXXXX, Owned by Jarvin Wright. You are aware of this already because this message was already sent to you personally, and you are also aware of the fact that Simone is the representative that assisted you with paperwork because you request a temp tag until you registered your vehicle because Jarvin was unavailable to assist you. The vehicle was register and sold by Everything Auto Brokers. Please file suit with appropriate business or be prepared to face legal actions. Thank you
