Not sure when I turned in the item for alternation but picked it up on Jun 30 2023 from the Stockbridge location. I had the alteration done at *** Cleaner *****************************************************************. When I picked it up at the *********** location I ask about the waist not being altered. They called the location and was told she did the work. I paid for the item. Upon getting home I tried on the one item (sweatshirt) and it was ok, when I tried on the skirt the waist was worse then when I turned it in to be fixed. I was ask waist band or new elastic, i said waist band and thought that I was going to have an actual waist band on the skirt with a button closer. I paid $15 for the elastic waistband to be fixed and it was not fixed the way we discussed. Upon going back to talk to the lady she did not remember what she told me and stated she made the waist 34". I put the skirt on to show her that it was not done correctly as discussed. All she did was take the back seam and cut material off and restitch it up leaving the waist band with very little stretch to it. When I ask her about the waistband she ask me "what is a waistband" she did not know what a waistband was nor did she understand how you put new elastic in a skirt. She is quite young and has no idea how to do an alternation of a skirt with an elastic waistband. Now I am going to have to take it to someone else to have it fixed correctly so that the skirt can be worn. What I want for a settlement is at least a 50% refund as I believe that $15 is to much just to a seam up the back of a skirt.Title: ******************* Owner Phone:**************
