**** comes across very knowledgeable and gives the impression that you're in good hands. I know see her as a shark. Her contractors are awesome and very great individuals, I hope they tread lightly as well. I hired her after a horrible experience with a contractor I hired to paint and remove trash from my property. **** and her team stepped in and verbally quoted me reasonable prices. I already had a dumpster on the site, which made things a lot easier, at least I thought. I felt so comfortable with her contractor I also inquired about my floors and windows being replaced due to break in. Once the home was complete, **** contacted me about who she felt was the best tenant for my property. She gave me the option to pay the remaining balance via cash or she could take rent for two months to settle the balance. I agreed to the two months (May 2021 and June 2021 and I would receive payments July going forward) HUGE MISTAKE! Once she did the tour and chose who she felt best suited my property, she literally cut me out of communication. Fast forward to July after absolutely no response from **** since April, I get a voicemail from her saying she will be collecting rent for August and I will have to find another property manager. I was SO confused. Email communications begin, I reach out to her contractor who tells me he had been paid as of May 2021 minus a fee of moving some property that was verbally quoted $150. I asked **** for receipts and the tenants information as well as the lease because I was never shown anything nor had I signed a single document. I now am realizing I'm being taken advantage of. She stated that she would not give me any information until she received August 2021 rent from the tenants! **** ***** is now withholding the tenants deposit which is required to be transferred over to the new property management company by LAW. I had to drive to my home 2 hours away to speak with the tenants and found out she forged my signature on the lease and you can tell it's HER signature. All the money she collected and the information I received while interacting with her contractor before she cut the communication, she owes me! Absolutely horrible. I went thru a high amount of stress dealing with this while pregnant. Unfortunately, she truly doesn't know what she's doing and I do hope that she swallows her pride and steps down from her high horse. Her business ethics are trash once she gets money in her hands. When you know better, do better. Do not trust ***** she will take your money and does as she pleases. Find another company.
