    Subordinates Lied, management told me personally a GREATER LIE. I had a scheduled 90k+ oil change and also purchased the tire rotation. Fast forward, my scheduled service was SUPPOSEDLY COMPLETED, I was called to service area made the payment and left. Driving down 75N then onto 285, I heard a LOUD RUMBLING SOUND. I pulled over ti the side of road saw nothing. Continued enroute home, doing 45/50 mph, the sound starts up again. I waited till I got home looked under my car to see the sheild that covers the bottom forward section between front wheels was hanging off, not certain if any damage. I immediately called back spoke to TJ/** got dish pan story. Went back next day, spoke to general manager ***** and I ADVISED WANTED THE PART REPLACED NOT SECURED. WHAT DID HE DO ATTACHED THE SAME PART, LONG STORY, I ADVISED NOT WHAT I requested please correct. ***** advised will order part and call me when received. About One and a half months later, U called to see whats the issue, shouldn't be that long to order and receive a part. ***** NO LONGER WORKS THERE, THE PART HAD NEVER BEEN ORDERED, MY FILES HAD NEVER BEEN DOCUMENTED ABOUT INCIDENT. NEW ******* MR. ***** I ADVUSED HIM OF WHOLE STORY...YOU GUESSED IT, HE ACKNOWLEDGED ME,,,LIED AND SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF ME, I ASKES IF THERE'S ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE TOTAL BULLCRAP I WAS GIVEN, he responded "I'LL ORDER THE PART AND GET BACK WITH YOU. AGAIN...YOU GUESSED IT. HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I CALLED BACK AGAIN GOT I BELIEVE ASST. ******* "*********" NOW ALMOST THREE MONTHS LATER, YOY GUESSED IT...MORE BULL @%# PROMISES AND STILL NO PART REPLACED OR EVEN DISCUSSED. PEOPLE OPEN YOUR EYES....THESE GUYS WILL BE WRITING HOLIDAY CHECKS OVER YOUR DEAD "ASS". I HATE LEAVING YHIS NEGATIVITY, BUT I LEFT HONDA DEALERSHIP IN ********** FOR SENDING ME OUT AFTER A SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION WITH TWO/2 BALD FRONT TIRES AND WENT I WENT BACK TO COMPLAIN...MANAGEMENT TOLD SATURDAYS IS "EXPRESS SHOP" ONLY.     Worst dealership ever!!! I purchased a ******* from them and stressed how I needed to be sure it had been inspected. The salesman assured me that they did a 47 point inspection on my vehicle. After three days of having the car it sprung a leak and I couldn't tell where it was coming from. I proceeded to return to the dealership and try to see if service could assist me. I was told that no one at their dealership was certified to check out my Porsche and that I should take it to a Porsche dealership and they assured me once again that they would handle everything since I had not had the vehicle three whole days yet. After I took my car to the ******* dealership all contact stopped. They never answered mine or the Porsche representatives calls or our emails. I even went back to Honda South to see the manager, he say to have a seat, and there I sat for three long hours because the manager never came back and each person I asked to find him disappeared also. This was July of 2023 and to date my credit has been screwed, I still don't have a car, because ******* stated the car was in too bad of shape for them to allow me to drive it home with a faulty hydraulic system that would cost $15,000 to fix. This was almost what I paid for the car. Please save yourself the headache! I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and these are by far the shadiest, most unprofessional dealers I have ever come across.

    *********************** is a horrible service manager for this location. As I purchased my vehicle from this location back in 2022 with only 4 miles I test drove on my vehicle. I have been getting my car serviced with no is***! My car was -967 past due I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 am 7/1 and arrived at 10:59 am. They have a service advisor by the name of **** that approached my car and told me he smells marijuana when I never used marijuana a day in my life. The career that I am in school for randomly drug test and no drug of any kind is prohibited. They told me to go drive my car around waste gas and time and come back once the smell is gone. Let me again say I DO NOT do drugs so I dont know how drugs smell but clearly thats what the employees do here. After I drove my car around the parking lot and came back I looked at the reviews for this location and all were BAD through the BBB. I proceeded to ask for the manager info to file a complaint for defamation of character after watching ** a service manager talk about to his co worker **** and others. ************************* the service manager proceeded to tell me Im Ugly and is not welcomed here anymore. Than proceeded to tell me he will get me arrested. Im in law school and will bee more than happy to get a lawyer and *** this location. Again Ive been coming here for 2 years no problem but there are new employees which there were customers that witnessed this verbal abuse and that said they will NEVER come back to this location either!

    They are the worst. I went to purchase a vehicle and the paperwork was never processed and they were also very rude to me and my cosigner. Yes, the sales representative was very nice and professional, but after that, it's total chaos, demands, and disrespect, along with threats to make false reports and accusations to authorities. All in all, stay clear. I had to call local and make my own police report to stop the false accusations and reports. Lucky for me they sent everything through text or on a recorded line and police advised me of several false accusations or shady practices that other people have had at this buisness. Again, just because it's on paper doesn't mean they sent anything over. Make sure you get all financing information if you do decide to purchase because the finance company had no knowledge of my purchase. It was always an excuse on why something was NOT handled or no response on call backs. The finance team is horrible and the Managment team is even worse. Do not waste your time.

    I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Honda South and it was a terrible experience. I got a great price on the vehicle, but it was not worth all of the hassle. I will not do business with them again. A few of the difficulties are listed below:- There is a package that is installed on all vehicles that includes tinting the windows and wheel lug nut locks. (This is an easy way for them to uncharge and make money on superfluous add-ons). There is also a coupon book in the package. I specifically asked the sales person if this coupon book could be used at any Honda dealership or if it was only at Honda South. I was told it could be used anywhere. After bugging the dealership for a month, I received the coupon book that can ONLY be used at Honda South.- I financed my vehicles through Honda Financing, but the dealership never processed the loan. 7 weeks after I drove away with my vehicle (and nearly 30 telephone calls later), Honda South finally submitted the necessary paperwork to finance my vehicle. This caused delays with registering my vehicle with my state (I was out of state). This also caused severe issues with going past payment dates on the loan. Honda finance did not have a record of my loan; therefore, they could not accept any payment on the loan. I was considered late for a payment that I could not make because the dealership did not process the loan.- I am out of state; therefore, I could not travel to the dealership to get this straightened out. I left multiple messages (15!) and I received only one call back. At least 7 times, I was told by an associate that I would receive a call back the same day and I have yet to receive a call. This is the worst customer service I have every experienced!- I came very close to dropping the vehicle off at the dealership and walking away.I cannot express strongly enough: This was a horrible experience for me and there was little concern by the Honda South team.

    SCAM!!! The event flyer mailed, of course you're going to have at least one match, which guarantees you a win but this is only to get you to come into the dealership. Even though it gurantees a win, what the fine print and all of the hoopla on these flyer doesn't tell you is about the absolute minimum prize. A $1 scratch off Georgia lottery ticket which probably came from the reject pile of misprinted Georgia Lottery tickets. What a waste of time, effort, energy and money. The flyer said you have a $2000 voucsure. You don't. They don't put it towards your car. even if you tell them what you can't spend. They picked me up and made me get a car because when I told them I can't pay that they wouldn't take me and my son home. So me and my son was there for four hours and I starting crying and just give in so I could get home. But I WILL NEVER GO BACK THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU THEY JUST WANT A SELL.

    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HONDA SOUTH. I brought a car from them for one loan payment amount; 40 days later I found out my loan was NEVER processed and they tried to increase my payments. Instead of them trying to work out the payments for the original amount that I signed the loan for. I was told to return the car. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people They have shady business practices, and shady people working for them. Stay clear from them!!!

    ??????????????????????????????The Worst Dealership to work or purchase a vehicle: The Store owner and GSM are crooked. They knowingly know employees that steal money from customers. Targeting certain employees and conspiring to Get rid of them also happens here. (And they are ok with it). Desk managers and finance managers will lie to Finance companies about customer income and coaching customers and salesman to commit fraud, definitely needs an Audit visit soon. Work place environment is terrible (look at the building, its falling apart). The workplace is based of Sexual relationships which is talked about and displayed from the Managers and workplace gossip, about employees having relationships with multiple people, including themselves. Sales are given to certain salesman. (Which is also an issue) Handbook says no to favoritism or bartering with BDC department. Complaints are overlook and sweep under the rug. Everyday the Store manager says to employees he doesnt care about them, and threatens there jobs daily, only his family matters to him (only to cheat with employees and anonymous women at the dealership) Roll them cameras..Ive seen with my own eyes. When he leaves his phone at the dealership to go get drunk and his wife blows up the dealership phone and his (hes not at the dealership). If she only knew everyone knows he cheats on his wife. (Disgusting) Ive seen physical and verbal abuse from this same persons to other employees that work there now. Drinking and Drugging is acceptable here as well. There isnt anything Professional about this dealership. Any salesman that wants a career, this is not the place. Honda the Brand do better. No one should feel unwanted or mistreated trying to provide a living. Make sure as a consumer to do your New car Honda Review this reflects your experience here. Which I know are made up emails for the New Car customers. So Honda Corporate does not know and is also against store rules. I have proof as well.
