On 1/12/**** I was seen at Swift medical urgent care. When I was getting triage the girl in the front desk brings me this sticky note shown in the picture about a copay I didn't pay back in July 2023. I told her I had 2 insurances so I shouldn't have a copay. She told me something that didn't make any sense to me and said I owe. Everytime I go to any urgent care with my 1 insurance it will be at $35.00 copay. So I pay my copay for July 2023 and for February 12 **** as see in the pictures. I always make my co-paymemts when I go in so I shouldn't have any freaking balance. You have to pay! I get home later that day and receive a bill in mail and called and spoke to ******* who confirmed and stated not to worry about the bill because I literally just paid them 70! On that day as you all can see!! Here it 2/14/**** im getting ANOTHER freaking bill about this stupid 35 I already paid. Y'all need to hire and retrain people at that desk. I noticed training was being conducted the day of my visit. Y'all need to fix this and quit sending me bills!Business response

Below: Is a resolution to resolve the complaint. My name is ******************. I spoke with Ms.********************** today at 2:11pm, in regards to the matter at hand. After reviewing the patient's information, Swift ******************** will be giving ****************** a refund in the amount of $70. This refund will be issued to Ms. ********************** in person on Wednesday Feb. 28, 2024,
I also called BBB today and spoke with ****************************** she informed me to email this information asap.

Better Business Bureau:
Rosetta did reach out to me today and stated that I can pick up my refund on Feb. 28 at Swift Medical in Morrow, GA and told me to contact her if there any other issues regarding my account with this company . I jave reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
