      ****** **** 2023 at 4:15pm Paid 94.96 for oil changed ********* ***** 2023 2010 ****** ******* oil light sensor came on stating oil level low turn off car. The car was stopped immediately and turned off.The car was not moved..American fast lube was called immediately due to only been two months since oil changed and was inquiring about why there was no oil in car. American Fast lube came ti area where the vehicle was located an checked oil level in car there was no oil on the oil dip stick then finish chec**** car stated the oil filter was loose that probably was the cause of loss of oil. The car was filled car up 3 1/2 quarts of oil by employee then was told to crank car twice during this time you could here values ma**** a sound employee stated to turn car off and let it run a few minutes that oil had to get on the parts. Employee stated he needed me to drive it to shop so they could look underneath and check cap to see if it was tight.The car was unable to make it to shop before ma**** a noise from engine after oil was replaced and shut off and won’t crank back up. The car was pulled to American Fast lube Luke asked to be checked. The car was pulled like asked got to shop informed there was nothing they could do about it . Informed American. Fast lube I was informed to bring it there to be checked had us take it off dolly and push to Bay Area stated they was not responsible but they was the only one that has changed the oil and the oil filter was loose when they came to check it out at ****** ******* so who responsible ? Have video recording

      ***** **** drove the vehicle out of the service bay. Drove by a few days later and blew the horn at us. have video of her DRIVING THE CAR OUT THE BAY. Went approx 2,700 something miles since she had her oil changed. the vehicle had 230,000 something miles on it.

      I am rejecting this response because: the 2010 ***** ******** had to be removed from the bay. There was no other way to remove it but forward. There was a road frontage in front of facility which is a busy road due to businesses. The car cranked but still made the same noise as it did before bringing to the facility. the car only stayed cranked for a few seconds, and then coast it down to the nearest parking lot to be removed to a different facility. The car has been at the same facility since removed to it. Owner denies driving by and blowing horn to facility employees. There is video recording of the vehicle showing it has been parked, and not moved. There is.232757 miles on the car oil changed was schedule for 237664 have copies and pictures of on mileage. Client has video recording of the day the car was taken back to facility of conversation  between staff and client. Need number to send videos to download. The client has witnesses, which observed all interaction from the time the tenant came and checked the vehicle to win. It was taken to the facility.
