      Frankly, I’ve never been wronged by this website, nor do I know anybody who has. They have great products and customer service in my experience. Just because you got unlucky or have a hard time with customer service isn’t an excuse to slander an entire company.

      I was shopping for my ** **** *** son’s birthday and went to the website. I got a pop up offering 10% off my order. It propped me to put my email in and I did. When checking out the said I had to spend $100 to receive the discount but they only tell you this after they have all your information. They should reveal the stipulations before we put our email address. So now I get the emails but they won’t honor the discount. This is ethically wrong and unprofessional. When I emailed the company, they said that the stipulations are shown before the order is placed which is true but not before they have all your information. It would have been more professional for the company to give the stipulations before we enter our email address. Now I get emails from a company that received my information based on a discount that they offered just to get our email when they should have told us the stipulations before we put in the email address. Very deceptive and dishonest. Stick to ******* When I read the other reviews and saw how they take no responsibility for anything makes me glad I didn’t place a order. When the person contacted Budk about a fraudulent order and they knew it was fraudulent yet refused to give refund and blamed the customer is a clear sign of a unethical company that do not care about the customer but only about making money. Stick to *******

      On **** ** my debit card was stolen and used by someone in ******** to purchase 91$ worth of knives or what ever. The company was alerted by my bank and issuer of the card the it was a fraudulent purchase on the same day **** **. I live in **** the knife or whatever were shipped to *******o. Even the superior we spoke to said it was obviously a fraudulent purchase. They said it had been shipped *** and they would contact them and redirect the delivery to the company and as soon as they got it back they would refund my money. It is now July 10. Nothing. We filed fraud with the card company. I'm sure it will work out. But know this company is very shifty and they will willing accept stolen card info. I wouldn't shop with a thief. Would you?

      The same day the order was placed you were informed of the theft. You kept my money and let the transaction proceed knowing the card was used fraudulently. There is no reason other then to benefit the company that this could have happened. I figure your insurance will pay for the theft, so it was better not to return my money like I was told you would.

      The site offers a discount but will not accept an account set-up. The organization should probably drop the discount if it is not taking in new customer accounts.

The day you placed your order we had specific items on our buy one get one half off sale. The items you ordered were not a part of that promotion. If you received a promotion through your email, we would gladly see if it applies to your order.

      This company is underhanded and just bold face liars. I was promised a mystery m48 stocking(which is tactical weapons they sell) filled with m48 products, what I received was a stocking full of their cheap overstock items... When I wrote back furious and asked them to negotiate products back to me all they would offer is a crappy return label and a refund. It was if they just didn't care that they lied and wasted my money and time from the start. I used to be a loyal customer, and now all of my knife purchases will be made with other companies, and if anyone asks me where to buy knives I will steer them completely clear of your company...

      It appears they filter their reviews and only post positive reviews on their products, that is extremely scandalous and shady and I refuse to ever do business with such scandalous people ! Besides most the stuff they sell is marked up cheap novelty items at best like a knife I received from them that claims the handles are aluminum yet they are cheap plastic that broke easily! Just another deceptive business to stear clear of !

      Ordered boots for a particular size, the boot was NOT what we ordered. Budk would not stand by their product, refused to give a return label, said some stupid stuff and would not work with this problem. Do not use the company and don't order this product. If you do, do at your own risk. Run away from this lousy company.

      If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered a gift for Christmas 4 weeks before Christmas and was told it would be here before Christmas. At first they just canceled my order and didn't tell me so when I called wanting to know where my package was they just said sorry we canceled it. So I ordered again 3 weeks before Christmas still told it will get here before Christmas as promised on their website. Than nothing after a week I contacted them again and I was promised it would be fine. Then another week goes by and I am really worried so I contacted them again and I was told my package was misplaced but it is found now and will go out express to make it in time. I get the shipping info a day later and it was sent ground and won't make it until the week after Christmas so I contacted them again and they said they would send one next day air and I would return the other. They didn't ship the package next day air until the 27th. Now it's over a week late I still have no packages from either shipping and they refused to refund my money until they get there package back that I have yet to receive.

      There was one day of bad weather, that is not why I am mad. I am mad because it took 3 weeks to process my order and then it said out for delivery for two weeks and at the end of each day it would say weather delay even though *** dropped off packages to us from other companies just not yours so please tell me how it is a weather delay if your companies packages were the only ones not delivered to my apartment. So please don't make that same excuse about weather delays.

      If I could give 0 stars I would theyre a scam they sell cheap Chinese products at 10x markup example you can buy the same thing on **** that's budk sells for $50 for $5 from ****. Do not buy from these con men

      I have placed a few orders with BudK over the years and every time I do, I regret it. Once you place an order, it takes quite a bit of effort to get them to stop spamming you with marketing. Seriously, does any human being want product marketing delivered to their inbox every single day? Every day? No, no human being wants that. And, they make it so difficult to get off of their marketing. Their unsubscribe does not work, ever, and they do not respond to email inquiries. This is just a horrible company, with absent management and a marketing department that needs to be replaced.

      I emailed Cassandra and have received two additional marketing emails since. When I emailed Cassandra I copied all of the email addresses I have been sending my requests to up until this point. So far, nothing has been done as far as I can tell. I am hopeful BudK will stop breaking the law and wasting my time soon.
