In 2022 I was receiving treatment here which was not at all according to the plan we discussed. Months later they started denying me Saturday appointments because I "missed one on *******" which I did not because that was my last appointment with them and I made a payment that day. Saturday appts was the main reason why I chose to go with this provider. They started treating me differently and singling me out saying only I can't get Saturday appts when I realized they indeed did still offer Saturday appointments. My daughter who was also receiving treatment develop3d ***** ** *** ***** *** **** *** *** ** **** * *** ****** *******, they were supposed to be out back but never were. On our last appts we were sat in a chair but not given any treatment besides ******** ****** ***** because "our" orthodontist was busy. I spoke to the owner and manager who were apologetic and wanted to resolve the issue and asked me to drop my complaints which i did because i belived they wanted to help. They were advised that because of months of not having treatment I too got the ****** ******* ******* ** *** ******* **** ****** ** **** **** ** **** ** **** **** **** ** **** **** *** **** **** ** ****. When I scheduled my appointment to resume treatment I'm now being treated very poorly with them talking to me like I'm a child and acting as if they're doing me a favor. They were wanting to charge me an additional $700 deposit because they claim they didn't kno I *** **** ******* when I specifically told them so, I had to *** ****** ***** ******** Now I no longer wish to be treated here and would like some of the money I wasted and they're no longer wanting to take my calls and being short with MeInitial Complaint

I took my ******** for an initial appointment with this dentist where they performed ***** and told me that my child needed fillings. I was scheduled for a follow-up to bring her back to have those fillings done. When we arrived I asked to speak with the dentist and be shown the ***** of where the cavities were. The staff would not allow me to speak with the dentist or see the ***** so we left. I have now taken her to another practice where it was determined she has NO cavities. Farrey Family Dentistry was trying to bill my insurance for not one but two cavities and was going to ruin my child's teeth for no reason other than greed! They should be shut down!
