I have been to this Dr.Williams more the once. I have complained about the same issue more than once. I didn't know about the recall of a product that was suggested to me. I have tried number of times to get the problem resolved and the the hospital nor doctor office will fix the problem. I have had nothing but medical issues going on and currently am under medical attention.I entrusted in this Doctor and hospital to get mistreated and done like this. Something has to be done.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/04/27) */ I have had the pleasure of taking care of this delightful lady. She had ************************ in the past by me. She states that she has had issues including ******************** She has also complained of *******************************. Our office has been nothing but nice and accommodating to Mrs. **** concerning her issues. Apparently she has sought care in another office and was dismissed from the practice after cursing the staff and the manager most recently. She was recently seen *********************************************. She had a ********************************************************. I was concerned about her and had her come to see me in the office even though I did not place the **************. She was able to void completely and get her questions answered. The patient states that she has been kicked out of numerous offices for multiple reasons. I am happy to address the issues that she is having. However, the patient is noncompliant and she does not follow-up as she should. She has spoken very nasty and condescending to my staff in the past as well and we will bend over backwards to help her.
