    I had purchased my previous ******* ******* from Rainey Used Cars-Moultrie In November, 2021. In May, 2022 my car was totaled and I purchased a ******* ****** with them as well. The day I drive it off the lot the check engine light came on. I let the manager, Marcus, know. He had me speak to Deana, the service mgr. I , also had the check tire pressure pressure light come on within a couple of does after purchasing the car. They had me bring the car in, I can't remember which day. I'm sure they have a record of it. They ran a machine on it to see what the problem was. It is the catalytic convertor is bad. They said it wasn't under warranty and I'd have to pay for it. My ************************ in April and I had been out in **** without pay while he was home on ************ from February to April. I stopped getting his********************** I did not have the money, nor do I still. I told both Marcus and Deana that I didn't think I should have to pay for something that started happening (the catalytic converter going bad) before I even sold me the car. She said they would give me a rental car to use while they fixed it. I never heard anything back for about 3 or 4 weeks. When I went in to make a pmt, I spoke with Marcus and told him I had not heard anything from Deana. He went to talk with her and came back and told me to go talk to her. She said she would have to have a rental car available and it would cost $10 a day. She was also supposed to order two bumpers for the car , because I noticed the back passenger side looked like it needed a clip to make the bumper flush and not hang off and Deana and the service tech both said it needed a needs a new one. She said she'd get with Tommy or Thomas, i assume the owner, to see what he wanted to do as far as me paying for it and she'd get back to me. I talked to her AGAIN and she just kept giving excuses. To this day I still have not heard back. My car almost broke down when I went on a 2 day trip. So much more to say.

    They will sell you anything and lie to you just to get your money. They are very rude. They double the price of the cars because they claimed to put thousands of dollars to have the cars in working conditions and they not. So, basically you're double paying to get your car fixed with the limited warranty they offer you.
