      Purchased 2006 **** ******** on July **** 2022,drove for about 3wks was having problems headed back to them on Aug ** to have them check vehicle had to get vehicle towed was told had blown head gasket called business multiple times kept giving me the run around about the vehicle finally when I did get a call on August **** they informed me I had to get the vehicle fixed I stated I wanted part of my down payment reimbursed or just give me another vehicle because I can't afford to miss work and also ***************************************

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/31) */ Customer was sold vehicle after he test drove vehicle twice then returned to purchase the vehicle. Customer signed an AS-IS and was informed of our policies or no refund (which are posted in the office). When customer called with complaint, he was informed that or policies were clear from day one. However, understanding the customers frustration we offered to pay for half of the repairs so that he could have the vehicle in working condition. We have since had the vehicle picked up and looking at it to determine cost for repairs. Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/09/08) */ I was informed while signing for my car if I wanted to exchange it with something else I could do so within 60 days. I was driving the car back to seek an exchange before The car broke down. It has taken multiple calls to reach the auto shop to get any word about my vehicle. No callbacks have been made since my vehicle was sent to an unknown auto shop to fix it. Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/09/16) */ Customer has been contacted and has been offered their down payment back on the vehicle, because we are unable to find a motor within time that customer needs his car back. Customer accepted the offer and this case should be closed as satisfied customer. Consumer Response /* (2000, 13, 2022/09/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Refund was received.
