On June 9th at 7:18 p.m. we took our car to AutoZone for a diagnostic trouble report because it was misfiring as a result of bad gas from RaceTrac. On June 16th at 8:00 a.m. we took our vehicle to Crossroads Automotive ******************************************* for a full tune up. We paid $403.68, when we left the car was doing the same thing. As a result, we took it back to AutoZone for another diagnostic; to our surprise it was reading the same diagnosis report, nothing had changed. The mechanic at AutoZone confirmed nothing was done. Also, we found out that they did not even change the coils which comes with a full tune up, ************* at Crossroads Automotive stated over the phone that they did not change the coils or change the intake air duct. As it is, we have coils not wires. This is what you call fraudulent services, and so we reaching out to BBB to assist us in getting our $403.68 back from Crossroads Automotives, LLC. I've read reviews afterwards and found that we are not the only victims. In addition, I have documents to prove that they didn't do anything but change the spark plugs if that. Crossroads Automotive, LLC doesn't have character or integrity for certain people. ****************************** and ***** have no character or integrity. They are manipulators and con artists to certain people. We need BBB help because this isn't right. We expected the service that we paid for.Business response

There was no fraudulent service. 4 of our team members recommended a diagnostic which the customer declined. The customer requested a maintenance tune-up - spark plugs and fuel system service.
They stated that was all they wanted to do. When it did not work out as they wanted, they started making accusations and name calling, after trying to get us to state that the problem was caused by bad gas when we had never even seen the car. So the fraudulent act was in their service request.
Please note that I am particularly upset about the name calling and slanderous accusations that made about me, ******* and *****. My first response was deleted, but even then, I never even called them by name.
They will not get any refund. We did EXACTLY what they asked us to do, even though we recommended otherwise. Then they tried to change their story and say the tune up should include other items after the fact. That is not how we do business. They are not to call, come in or contact us again.
