I had a contract with this company and a dealer, Zach, caused me to be unable to finish it. They disputed with me stating that I waited to book shows, but the fact remains that I booked all of the shows required to finish my program and had Zach not wrongfully disqualified a show I would have been able to finish the program. He was there to demo a vacuum to help alleviate sickness and allergies, all the while blowing his nose and laying the rag on the CUSTOMERS table! They were disgusted and made it clear to me that they would not be buying bc of Zachs uncleanliness and how he handled their showing. How in the world does he sell rainbows being that unhygienic? I am a nurse practitioner and I was appalled/embarrassed that I brought him into a friends home. Zach is also very inconsiderate of customers time. After discussing with **** and Zach about how long a demo is supposed to take because, lets be honest were asking people to sit during the day in some cases for a few hours and miss work, and I was told demos take approximately 2 hours. Zach began a demo at 645 pm and I got home at **** pm, I live 20 min away. The couple has a very young daughter and had to work the next day. That is ridiculous for a demo to last that long. The next day Zach called me on the way to another show and told me to help talk it up and really hype up my answers to his questions because he really needed a sale to get a bonus he needed to which I replied I will answer your questions honestly. His boss, ****, also sent me a text basically saying/reiterating the same notion. I also told him this couple could not sit for 3 hours and when we discuss demos we ask ppl for a couple of hours of their time. He was unable to complete the demo and did not make a sale therefore missing his bonus. He of course disqualified that show, disgruntled bc he didnt get his sale costing me my refund. Bottom line has he not been unprofessional he would have made that sale. I have video footage.
