Absolutely the worst place to do business They were given an ECM from a jeep to repair the speedometer, got it back didnt work, the mechanic took it off and sent back, the jeep wouldnt crank, when it did the transmission didnt shift properly and or crank properly, no speedometer working, mechanic took it off and they sent out, was advised was sent to a different vendor for repair. Was advised the unit was trashed they offered to give back and refund, not so fast, Autozone took responsibility of the **** their vendor trashed and its bad now completely.The rep said h*** do what he can to find a solution, 3 months later was told their giving it back and a refund, not so fast ******, i advised i wasnt taking it back since it was worst than when they received it.Was told by the mechanic they found a new one and the store rep was getting authorization for the purchase, evidently they didnt approve.Today June 28th 2024 am told it is what is is by the manager and their doing anything else, i refused to take it back since in their care they damaged beyond repair. I did call their corporate customer support line and was advised ill get a call from the regional manager, sometimes within 2 hrs but definitely within 24 hrs, no call as expected.Told today their doing anything further and i can come pick it up, well ****** you broke it its only natural you should replace and or fix.The store manager mentioned today that the mechanic is partly to blame since he touched it also?So after 3 months no ECM which means no jeep, the mechanic spoke to someone, i wont post his name since this has gotten messy, he was told were a billion dollar company and if there is something damaged well fix it.So, after 3 months they want to return a part that is damaged more than originally and are saying it is what it is and blaming the mechanic for taking three screws out unplugging the **** makes you wonder, can imagine the meeting now - not enough space to complete.
