I purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan from this dealership on March 7th 2024. This vehicle is still under the factory warranty and also has the extended warranty. This vehicle has been to the shop 5 separate times for the exact same issue that this dealership refuses to repair or won't repair. Purchased on 03/07/2025. Returned to dealership on 03/08/2025. I picked up the vehicle on 03/11/2025 and was told that everything was repaired. Drove the vehicle 5 miles and same issues returned. Drove back to the dealership and the service department changed something else. Left later that day with vehicle after being told all issues are resolved. The next day 03/12/2025 same issues returned. Drove vehicle back to dealership on 03/12/2025 and dealership kept vehicle for another 5 days. I called and asked about the vehicle on 03/17/2025 and was told vehicle was ready. No one has ever called me to tell me that the vehicle was ready anytime I have taken the vehicle in. Drove an hour and 15 minutes to get the vehicle for the 4th time after being told all issues are resolved. The next day same issues were back. Drove back to the dealership on 03/18/2025 and left vehicle until 03/25/2025. When I went back to pickup the vehicle 7 days later the vehicle had not been touched or moved from when I left it on 03/18/2025. This vehicle has issues that the dealership will not repair. The vehicle has ****** miles. I should not be having these issues after spending $46,000 on a 2021 vehicle. And this dealership will not do anything. I have asked to speak to a manager on numerous occasions and I'm always blown off with the manager is on a call or zoom meeting. The sales department told me I had 5 days to swap the vehicle but when I asked about that they told me I have had the vehicle for 14 days or longer. I informed them that no the dealership has had the vehicle for that length of time NOT ME. The dealership still will not repair this vehicle or make things right. Please Help.Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2023 ***** CX9 Signature Edition from ALM Nissan Newnan on September 19, 2023. My sales person was ******* *****. She was assisted a Sales Manager named *****. Once we reached an agreed purchase agreement, I asked if the tires on the car at that time would be replaced. ***** told me they would not as nice tires for that car would run $1,200.00 . I asked if they would split the price and I would pay $600.00 and ALM would pay $600.00. ***** agreed to this agreement and $600.00 was added to my total. I was told the tires could not be installed until all the paperwork was signed. I ended up making two 120 mile roundtrips from my home to ALM Nissan as there was a mistake on the first order concerning the number of tires. It was raining badly when I picked up the car; I did not inspect the tires until I got home. As a side note, I rescheduled a doctors appointment to expedite tire replacement. Also, ALM as facilities in ********, **, but ***** said they could not use them as that would cause accounting difficulties. The tires placed on my vehicle were Falken Blackhawk. These are far from nice tires. A set of four of these tires would cost $424.00 at *******. Please review the attachments. I have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact ***** by phone. I have left voicemails outlining my concerns. I also left voicemails for the General Manager. No one has bothered to contact me.Based on the agreement made with ***** [a management level ALM employee] , I feel that I am entitled to reimbursement of $776.00.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle in November 2024, and was given a temp tag that would expire January 2025. When I went to my tag office to get a license plate, they did not have a title on file for my car. I was told to contact the dealership that sold me the car and check on the status of the title. After many messages left, the salesperson that sold me the vehicle told me that the title had been held up at auction as of January 3, 2025. For several weeks I checked in with the dealership and was given no answers as to what to do about my now expired temp tag or any information on my missing title. After some more calls, I was finally able to get an extension on my temp tag, however, it was an extension from the original expiration date, which by this time only extended the new expiration date by one week. I checked back again before the new expiration date and was told that I had to sign another form because my car was a buy back. I was already aware of this and thought I signed everything the day I bought it. This person told me I could sign it electronically and I did, but days later was told that a "team" was coming to my house so I could sign it in person. Now here we are today, 3 months after the purchase date with NO TAG and NO TITLE and ***** knows anything. I keep getting the same answer "Let me let this manager look into it". This is unacceptable. Someone has dropped the ball and no one wants to own up to it.Initial Complaint

I intially took my car to Nissan of Newnan 6/28/24 for an oil change, tire rotation and had some warranty issues that i needed to get fixed that was covered under my warranty. I was to get my car back same day but however they ended up needing to keep my car longer said it would be better if i left it there that way they can go ahead an get started on it when the part arrived. On July 5 i reached out to the service advisor for an update which he stated it would be ready on that day July 5 however i was at work. So i went on July 6 Saturday an noticed i still heard a few noises which is what i heard prior to me taking it there so my car ended up staying so that Nissan can resolve that issue with the noises that was covered under my warranty. On July 11th is when they got done with the vehicle. Upon me picking it up, i noticed there was damage to my interior what looks to be melted as if something very very hot was sitting on my interior on the console that was not there prior to me leaving my car. So i pointed it out to them, they took a picture an said they was gone get it over to mgt for approval and order the parts so that they can fix what they messed up. Upon me waiting for Nissan to reach out to me i was informed that Nissan was not going to fix it as they dont feel it was they fault. I have a picture of the damage and the damage was not there prior to me leaving my vehicle to be fixed. I want Nissan to pay for what they messed up inside of my vehicle.Initial Complaint

The front sensor on my car was broken due to a manufacturer issue. I took it in back in December to get it fixed and they never contacted me about my vehicle. I drove up there in a rental to see if my vehicle was ready and it was done and just sitting there. It was done for about a week. Fast forward on 4/11/2024 I take my car up there because the sensor is broken again. On 5/13/2024 the technician hits another car while driving my car. Now on 06/14/2024 they tell me that my car was ready for pick up 2 days ago. I never received anything 2 days ago. They fixed the damage to the front of my car without my permission. I asked for photos of the damages and they never took pictures. Now 2 months later after I sent my car in, I am just hearing about my car. They damaged my car and now my car's value has gone down. I believe I should be compensated for the 2 months of them having my vehicle and damaging it and bringing my car's value down. The technician was at fault for the accident.Initial Complaint

The listed on line price for a specific truck after Rebates was listed online as $47,264. I drove over an hour to buy the truck. The sales manager refused to honor the online listed price. I have screen shots with time stamps of what the dealer shows online as the price of the truck and the sales manager refused to honor it. The sales associate was awesome, but the manager refusing to honor the online listed price that shows that exact trucks VIN number is false advertising. I've attached screen shot of the posted price for the truck. It's the black one the left of the image VIN *****************Business Response

There was an error with the vendor who posted our inventory; it doubled the rebates. We offered to sell him the vehicle at the erroneous price; however, he was paying cash, and the cash price is $2500 higher, which is posted in the ad.Initial Complaint
