I was interested in purchasing a high-end handbag from Han-Luxury, I had a few questions before I made a large purchase ($760), so I reached out via email to get my concerns answered, which they were. I also made a comment to the ******************* Nuega (customer service rep) that in my opinion their shipping fees were unfair and double dipping, they charge a shipping fee to send the item (even though their FB page says, free shipping over $500), then if I had to return the item, I was liable to pay for the shipping again to send the item back. I thought that was unfair to the customer. I was told by ******************* that's company policy, which again I thought was unfair. ******************* asked if I wanted a refund, I said NO, I will deal with their policy. I made the purchase at 11:44am PT on Monday, 1/31, paid for it in full. At 8pm PT that same day, I get an email from Han-Luxury telling me that my items had been refunded, which baffled me. I sent ******************* an email the next morning asking why my item was refunded, after I had stated, I didn't want it refunded, ******************* advised me that the item had been sold already. Which again baffled me because I had already paid for it in full. That didn't sit well with me, I felt it was more like retaliation because of my previous comments about their shipping policy. I asked to speak to a manager for further clarification, ******************* said she would escalate it, and a manager would call me to discuss. It's now Friday, 2/4 and nothing. I've reached out to ******************* to find out if the manager will indeed be calling me, yet to hear back from her at all. Their 800# doesn't have any one live on it, it goes straight to voicemail (of sorts). I feel they red flagged me and they are avoiding me all together. All I want is an explanation on how they can possible sell an item twice, allow me to pay for it and then a few hours later, tell me it's been sold. I think they did it on purpose. Again, just looking to speak to some live.
