I just tried to figure out whats going on with my storage unit and got hung up on so clearly no one wants payment and I cant find out where to pay it online so now Im going to be penalized for the business hanging ip in my face. Im being told my unit is already put up for auction so o see no point in paying $100 late balance I have currently if my stuff is being taken anyway but whoever the manager is there didnt bother to try to comprehend or didnt posses the capability comprehend what I was trying to say. Either way this left a bad taste in my mouth and I would like to have my issue resolved. Will definitely be making a complaint because Ive never had this issue before until whoever this new manager is took over. I dont know if she can pick up on dialect and AAVE but it appears she has less patience for certain people. I wont tolerate being disrespected. I dont care if my payment is late I deserve respect and I wont be treated like less than. If Im not contacted by whoever owns the establishment I will take that is my stuff being held hostage and refusing payment so they can keep my stuff in auction because now I have no resolution upon being hung up on. I would also like to note I have been ******************************************************************** auction so idk if theres a new contract Im not aware of (that I know I didnt sign) but again, that information is needed. Business is now refusing payment and not providing information about my unit.Business response

I have attached the email thread from customer **************************. I was in the office when this customer originally called and my manager could not get a word in nor would the customer listen to anything that we tried to explain to her . After many repetitive accusations that were in fact made on the top of her lungs and included inappropriate verbiage that I do not expect any of my employees to have to listen to, I asked my manager to disconnect the call. ************ was sent an email with the breakdown of her rental tenure with us please see bottom of the email thread below and read her reply etc.
