      I purchased two vehicles from there and still have not received the tag for on of the vehicles, I have been to the tag office several tines to try and get my tag, but they keep telling me that the process of the paper work has not been filed correctly from the dealership. I have tried to the dealership several times to go over this with them but they just continue to give me the same go around about it. very poor customer service, very poor reliability, very poor on returning phone calls or messages.

      If I could give them a zero I would. Theyre absolutely horrible. **************** is useless. Steer clear of this place because you will get nothing but a lemon.

      i was attempting to purchase a vehicle from alm online/ over the phone because i live out of the state. the sales rep was very helpful and informative, however i had some questions about the rate and some of the add-ons that were added to my buyers order so the sales rep had the manager call me back. the call i received from the sales manager ******* was probably the worst customer service from a dealership that I've ever had! i asked about the rate and then asked if that was the buy rate offered from the bank or if that is the sale rate that they are giving. his response was "that's none of your business" when i asked to see the banks call back sheet he told me " if the bank wanted you to know that they would have told you". i asked to who the ** was and he told me, i then asked to speak with him and was told hes not available. i asked ******* if he was there and he said yes hes here but not available to talk to you. when i asked how to get ahold of the gm i was told just keep calling but he wont be available. i ran the F&I department of multiple dealerships for nearly 6 years and can tell you with confidence that if one of my sales managers ever spoke with a customer like ******* spoke to me he would no longer be employed at any of my dealerships.

      BUYER BEWARE!! Purchased a truck from this dealership back in January. The very next morning I noticed the truck had steering issues after starting up cold. I called in to discuss the problem and told them I wanted to exercise the 5-day/300-mile return policy. I was assured the issue would be resolved and that there was no need to do that. There were several other minor issues that we agreed to be fixed at the time of sale as well. I brought the truck back to have all this work performed. It was there for 5-6 weeks! It would have been ready sooner except some technician didn't pay attention and worked on the wrong truck... Then I get it back with only a few of the issues resolved. I swing back by to have one of the original problems fixed again. Should have been a quick fix, maybe 30 minutes to an hour. I sat there for 6 and a half hours because they found more problems that were supposed to be fixed the first time around. Completely blew a day of vacation sitting and waiting.. So the steering issue returns 2 weeks after I received the truck back the first time around. Again, I'm reassured the issue could be fixed if I bring it back in. It's been several weeks and I'm still waiting to get my vehicle back. I brought up the subject of getting my money back for the truck and using it for another vehicle on their lot. I'm told that isn't a viable option because they would lose money. So basically, my life isn't worth a few grand that the vehicle may have lost in value while it's been sitting in a shop the whole time. Also, during this process, I was told that the vehicle wasn't inspected prior to the listing and sale because a technician failed their job and is no longer with the company. So, they KNOW that there was sheer negligence with the entire transaction, ADMITTED to it, and still will not do the honorable thing. Management here only cares about money and not about providing an actual reputable service.
