I am leaving 1 star for this company - They have an extension contract with of ******** The representative of Cyber Word Electronics at *************** is disgustingly rude to callers and not helpful at all. I asked to speak to a manager the representative yelled hung up the phone, and declined every call I made, denying me true service to a product they were obligated to either inspect and or fix. Horrible business to be working in the great state of *******, and should not be able to handle customers.Review from Ricky B

One of the worst companies that Ive ever had the ever dealt with terrible customer ********************** phone operators are rude. Technician didnt have the equipment to check out the problem called and had another appointment made when he suggested didnt work then confirm the appointment. They said he was coming out that day gave me a timeline between two and six. I got home at two and got a text saying that hes not coming until the next day, do not use this companyReview from Nardos Y

This company doesn't deserve even 1 star, they are not professional, reliable and trustworthy and top of that very rude. Paid $125 and made appointment for technician to come and diagnosis my ******* fridge. The technician Never showed up, didn't call or text to reschedule. I had to contact ******* to get to them, the person on thier customer ********************** seemed upset because I contacted *******, I told her at this point I needed my refund, she was rude as if I created the error. I explained technician never showed up and she asked are you sure you didn't cancel or he didn't come, thanks to technology cameras all over my house for proof no one ever showed up plus I'm home all day. She said refund will take up to 7 business days and she hang up on my ear. I don't understand why she was upset and rude. I have theright to request refund for the service they failed to provide. This company is horrible. They sent a serviceman to my house on April 1 and called me on April 3 and schedule for the repairman to come with the parts for my refrigerator on April 5th but the repairman was a no call no show. Then when I called the office at 4:30 the customer rep ********* tells me my window if from 2pm to 6pm then when the repairman didn't show up at 6pm well the office was closed at that point for the weekend. Then when I called on Monday to file a complaint ********* and ****** decided to hang the phone up and when I called back they would pick up the phone and put me on hold. When I looked the company up I notice that BBB does not accredit this company and I see why. I asked ******* why would they have a contract with a company that has 9 out of 10 BAD REVIEWS. Now I am still waiting for days to get another company to come out and check my refrigerator. UGGGGGGG sick of this been going on since March 26th and ******* has not been accommodating at all either so I am like what the h*** is the warranty for if I can't get proper service. They are only getting a star because it want let me leave my review without it.Review from John C

Cyber World Electronics is useless. They sent 3 different technicians for a new, never used dryer that would not come on. They replaced parts that were not needed, had no clue what the problem was. I asked for a different repair company and was sent a great tech who found the problem within a few minutes. It was a simple repair of a wire connection. I would give zero stars to Cyber World.Review from N. A

I've been trying to get my oven fixed since October. First, they set up appointments and don't show. They tell you it was a family emergency. After the 2nd missed visit because of a family emergency, I questioned them and they said, they just didn't have the parts. So she just got caught in a lie. Finally a tech comes out, tells us the problem is a connector and going to order parts. Next tech shows up, doesn't have parts, and tells us it's the boards. Third tech shows up in January, has boards, installs them. Problem is still persisting. When I call them, they say I have to go through ******* who opens a new ticket. Again, appointment set and when the tech called, he informed me was going to fix my microwave. When I called the office, they told me, he just misunderstood his paperwork. Oven - MIcrowave - not much to MISunderstand - two totally different things. Finally get a tech out who informs us after talking with ******* that we need to video the oven 24/7 to catch the oven problem when it happens. Got a call today about setting up a new appointment. Why? I ask. Your parts are in. What parts? I don't know - do you want to set up an appointment or not. Very rude girl. Refused to allow me to speak to a manager or have them call me back. She hung up on me. Don't EVER use these guys. And I will let the world know how bad they are. Even their techs have complained to us about their office staff.Review from Christopher A

This company sent me ******* to replace the panel of a 75 ******* QN90A. he texted me one hour before his arrival, showed up on time and had me fixed up and running again in about 45 minutes. I had no idea he couldve fix this ** so efficiently. Granted, I had the ** down from the wall as I had replaced it already with an ** G3 77 and btw, it blows the ******* out the water in every possible measurable. The ******* is now regular relegated to the * team. Ill never buy one again.******* is highly recommended, if you get him, disregard the negative reviews and proceed with confidence.Review from David w

This review is for ****************** We had a technician come to our home to access the problem with our *********** The technician determined that it needed a tv panel picture. Once the part came in ******* came an installed the new part. Tv runs like brand new. I want to commend ******* for his professionalism and courtesy. I respected his knowledge of the product and how respectful he was. In this day and time when so many technicians don't go the extra mile it was rare to have someone like ******* that impressed us so much. THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO SET UP A REPAIR TIME. I CALLED TWICE AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID. I THEN GOT AN EMAIL SAYING MY REPAIR WAS CANCELED ( 3 TIME NO CONTACT). I THEN CALL THEM BACK AND THE **** GAVE SOME 7 DAY TIME FRAME AND THE MANAGER TOLD HER TO PUT THAT DOWN. VERY RUDE WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT LYING . WOULD HAVE GAVE A ZERO.Review from Desarae P

I had created a ticket and spoke with ******* to get who they use Cyber World Electronics, LLc. I was told between 10am to 2pm. No show. ******* called and couldn't get them on the phone. So ******* emailed them and gave me the number as well. I called and finally got someone. That rep was rude. She kept saying she was odd so they text me but no text was received. Then when I am talking to her my baby starts cry so I talk louder so she can hear me. Instead of answering my questions she hangs up. I called back. Now I am mad at this point. I was refused to even speak to a manager. Then was told that ******* told her manager that I was screaming at her when my baby was crying. Any who I told *******. To me when the manager relays a message like that and taking the word of a rude rep. **** is unprofessional and ******* needs to find another person to do business with.
