I reached out repeatedly to the DMV/Tag Office on several occasions to get information regarding the process to renew my tag since my vehicle is out of town. I received no responses.I filed a ********** of ******* BBB complaint and no response. I received an email outside of the BBB complaint advising that I should submit these 3 documents to the Clean Air Force (which I did): Copy of my driver's license, An employment verification letter, and A copy of my vehicle registration. Still no results.....I have been to the ********************** at least 4 to 5 times trying to renew my tag but all efforts have failed.Someone name *** called me on 06/27/24 or 06/28/24 She said I needed to submit my actual vehicle registration document and not my vehicle registration renewal notice sent in the mail.I went to the Stockbridge tag office on 06/28/24 and got a print out of my State of Georgia vehicle registration and took it to the Clean Air Force Office located at ************************************. I spoke with ********. She uploaded my vehicle registration document. I informed ******** that *** advised to get in contact with her when the document was submitted so that she could process everything that day. ******** was nice nasty (gave a lazy vibe). She cut me off, handed me my vehicle registration document, said she did not know anything about it, and advised that I would have to wait 4 working business days.I went back to the Stockbridge tag office today (6 working days later). **** advised nothing had been done.**** reached out to the Clean Air Force. They said I submitted the wrong document. They are now requesting the original document that I submitted. **** stated they are now advising that they do not need my actual vehicle registration but instead they need my vehicle registration renewal notice that was sent in the mail. The document I originally submitted but *** advised it was incorrect. Can somebody help me make this make sense?
