            They changed the oil on March 7th in my 20/20 stinger *** and did not put the oil plug in correctly it was loose causing my oil to run out slowly as soon as I noticed there was an issue I took it to *** ********** they inspected it and said that the oil plug was not put back correctly causing the oil to leak out of the car completely damaging the components inside the motor and it's not covered under the warranty due to negligence on the shops behalf therefore I am requesting for them to replace my engine in my car the *** ********** also has a statement wrote up about the damages and the cost that will take to fix it I also have a receipts showing the date that I had my cars oil changed which was March the 7th and my car has not been drivable since the 1st of May the shop is liable for the negligence of not tightening down the oil plug correctly causing my car to leak oil and damage in the motor

            ******************** Only repaired external damages. ******************** did not repair the internal damage to my car. This business agreed to fix my car after an accident. **** Promised to email me a receipt. ******************** Failed to provide me with a receipt Violation of Company Policy. The Frame of my car is broken which gives my chance of survival in a car accident with my car in this condition is 0. The frame of the car is broken. I have to travel in this car with my 3 children in *******, *******. ******************** is refusing to return the money he was paid for the damages to my car.
