On 4/28/22 my house had a water damage, the home insurance approved $ ********* for repair (dwelling). The repair is done about 90 %, Life time construction did not complete the work and wants to get the full payment. Life Time construction's owner Lima ******** asked for more money to finish the work (replacing floor and vanity in master bathroom). Life time construction also sent an invoice of ****** for packing out and unpacking my furniture and stuff in the house when they did not provide this service for my house. I purchased moving materials and hired worker to do the work. Life time construction also did unauthorized work in the house, he broke into the two locked rooms where i stored part of my belongings, he painted and changed floor in the rooms where there is nothing wrong and he did not even tell me he will do it. I was living at a hotel when this happened, when I went to the house and found all my belongings including personal documentations and work papers were removed from these rooms and placed everywhere. ************** also painted the wall in the stairs and he knew the insurance is not paying for it and I did not tell him to paint the walls. For the extra painting and changing the floor without my approval, he is asking $ *****. ************** disposed my appliances that got wet and damaged. Allstate told me that they will pay to replace the appliances but I need to provide them a form signed by a technician stating the appliance are not working and cannot be repair. I could not bring a technician because ************** took my appliances and blackmailing me that he will provide me a form from his technician only if I give him all the money that the insurance is sending, ********* plus the ******. ************** sent my insurance a work completion form, the form has a signature that is not mine.************** is very disrespectful and has been calling and sending TM's threating me since I told him that I will pay him for work done and not for the work he did not doBusiness response

,On April 28/2022 at5:30 pm Life Time Construction I received a emergency call from ****************************** saying that there was some water damage to the property and there was water on the first and second floors, so i went there with the whole team to help do the drying process on property Life time Construction explained the entire process to ****************************** she understood perfectly and affirmed our water damage and Construction , repairs. I want to let you know that Life Time Construction has Intention of charging something extra that the property did not do and we are willing to negotiate any work that has not been done in her house ****** knows perfectly well that she did not have floors in her house she only had carpet and insurance company I explained very well to her that she was not paying for something that she did not have at the property so, I spoke with ***************** and she authorized us to paint the entire house, and Install laminate Floors, each rooms except kitchen and baths including the steps we have all photos of the work before and after, and also the contract affirmed by her and payments sent by her text message the reason our attorney send a letters to her is because she doesn't answer the calls and try put her son to close the claim. we receive a check of the amount$21,335.22 on 6/28/22 Life Time Construction still has not received the check of the mitigation the amount$17,623.54 and the balance of the repairs value please recommend Mrs, ****** to contact the Attorney soon as possible Thanks.
