DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The good reviews are because the school promised a $5 Dunkin Donut certificate to post lies. Listen, this school is all about money. My CNA class started on September 25, 2023 with about 14 people and only 6 were allowed to complete the program. This was supposed to be an approximate 1.5 month class. I was kicked out of class due to being short $25 on my weekly payment. I couldnt attend class 2 days because they will kick you out plus I was working to pay that balance plus the next statement balance which included a late fee and missed class fee which was around an additional $125 to make the days up and meet 85 state hours. After paying the missed class fee, I was told that there werent any more room for me to make the class up until November and I would have to attend clinical in January ****. My teacher offered to volunteer for free to come in an extra day so that students could make their hours and graduate. The owner and director said no..why would she ask! I paid all my fees Oct 10 and the last makeup class was Oct 14 which I wasnt allowed to go to and told there wasnt any room for me although only 1 person attended the class. Staff and owner, *********************, are RUDE and nasty! They answer calls with bad attitudes and are very unprofessional! They only tell you follow our guidelines although business is a 2 way relationship between the owner and clients. They do not work with the students in any way if something comes up! The director called me a racist after I said you cant do business with everyone although were the same nationality and race! I should be granted service in a timely manner!
