On 11/1/2023 I purchased 4 sets of the Reverse seam Marshmallow lounge sets for holiday gifts and I for myself. The first and only time I wore my lounge set I noticed that there was a hole in the material close to the seam on the **** side of the pant, I hadn't washed it yet. I had checked the other 3 and they were fine it's just mine that had a hole. I contacted Softies via phone and chatted with *******. ******* told me to send a email and a photo and someone would contact me On Nov 30, 2023 I sent a email to *************************************** I never received a are response. I then sent another email to ******* about 2 weeks later still no response.I then went on Softies website and emailed a complaint regarding the material and having someone look at the pants. Still no response. Softies is a company that I am so disappointed in that I would never buy one more item from them and I do want to them to look at the paints because I didn't damage the pants they came with the flow of a hole.I want them to be accountable to someone. They just have ignored me and took my $ but do not stand behind their products. I don't even want the money, but I do want Softies to know you can't treat people like they have treated me.
