I filed for bankruptcy years ago under Santander and everything was completely paid in full. I have been trying to retrieve my car title but there is still a lien on it. When I contacted ********* they informed me that in 2016 my information was sent to NCEP LLC. It is almost impossible to get in contact with them. When you do get someone on the phone they are not much help and they have a really bad disposition and they hang up. They wont give much information to you even after youve verified that you are in fact the one in which the account belongs to. I need the car title or release of lien form sent to my address or sent through email (preferably) so that I am able to move forward in my current process with my insurance.

I recently completed my Chapter 13 bankruptcy plan. Initially, my vehicle loan was with Santander Consumer, but transferred to NCEP, LLC. Final payment was made to this creditor on 9/1/22. Once my car loan was paid in full under the completion of my bankruptcy plan, I expected to receive the title for my car (2010 ****** Altima). I am unable to find a contact number for NCEP, LLC in order to resolve this. I would like for them to issue a my car title or advise of what is needed in order for me to obtain this as quickly as possible.

The title was sent to an address of the home that was sold in November 2021. I did not receive the package nor am I able to retrieve it. Please resend the title to my current address at ********************************************************************

As further response to this complaint from NCEP, LLC (NCEP), the issue appears to be that the customer never received the Fed-x package that contained the original title.  Unfortunately, NCEP cannot recreate that original title.  As a result of this, NCEP has only one remedy available and that is to provide the customer with a Release of Lien that she can take to her DMV and obtain a new title free and clear of the prior lien.  NCEP is in the process of doing that and will have it sent, when prepared, by Fed-x to the now known correct address for this customer.

I was recently discharged from ch. 13 bankruptcy. My vehicle loan was thru Santander Consumer, but was then transferred to NCEP, LLC, who received the final payment on 6/29/22. Since my car loan was paid in full under the completion of my bankruptcy, I should have received the title of my car (2007 Jeep Compass). I have found no contact information for NCEP, LLC in order to resolve this. I would like for them to issue a release of lien to the Indiana BMV so I can receive my title.

Please accept this as the response of NCEP, LLC ("NCEP") to this complaint.  NCEP is a passive account owner and all servicing is done by third parties.  In this case, the servicer sent the referenced title by Fed-x with tracking number ************ delivered on 7/18/2022 at 5:22 p.m. to the address:  ************************************************** 46032.  We assume that this address was provided to our third party servicer by the customer or her representative but we do see that the address reflected in this complaint is different.  Please try to retrieve this title.  If this is not an address that the customer can access and obtain the title, please advise.

I had a car loan with Sandtander Consumer USA which was sold to NCEP. I am attempting to obtain my car title. The car note was paid in full with my Chapter 13 BK filing. I contacted Santander Consumer USA - they gave me NCEP name and phone number. I called the number and a recording came on the line stating that they would not reopen until October 20. Please assist me in getting my car title. Thank you.

Please accept this as the response of ******* Acquisitions, LLC ("*******") to this complaint.  The customer makes reference to "**********************" which is an affiliate ******* of ******* but ******* is the actual account owner.  Please be advised that the referenced title was mailed to the customer on or about October 7, 2019 per instructions to the attention of one "*************************" at ****************************************************************************** 89128.  If this title was lost, then the only thing we can do is start the process of a Lien Release for that the customer will be able to take to the local DMV to obtain a new title clear of the lien.  Please let us know if the title that was sent can be retrieved or if the Release of Lien is going to be necessary.

Thank you - the original title was lost in the mail between myself and my BK attorney in 2019.  I am requesting that a Lien Release process be started so that I can obtain the Title.  Please note my address has changed since 2019 - it is now ************************************************, **  89145.

On April 20th ****** Spivok and *******, LLC (hired by NCEP LLC) received a check to pay off a debt they were collecting This was confirmed by a "paralegal" by the name of ***************************. My bank accounts and the money being held in them were supposed to be released, this was also confirmed by ****************. I followed up weekly. The company never sent the paperwork to the courts confirming the debt was paid in full and therefore the money from my account was never released and instead was sent to NCEP LLC. I have a copy of the check sent to them from my credit union. They have made no effort to refund the money. They have over $300 above the amount due to satisfy the debt.

NCEP, LLC (NCEP) is filing this response to Complaint ID ********.  ************************* submitted payment for the subject account on or about April 18, 2022 and a satisfaction of judgment was subsequently filed with the court.  After the satisfaction of judgment was filed, the court received a garnishment check for $333.00 on or about May 13, 2022.  Those funds have not been forwarded to NCEP.  The satisfaction of judgment was again submitted to the court and, now that the court recognizes that the judgment is resolved, our understanding is that the court will return the garnished funds to the garnishee.

Ive filed for bankruptcy about 9 years ago and Santander Cunsumer sold the lein in which the car fell under this bankruptcy, so it actually should have been repossessed then. So i have been sitting with this car. I've been trying to contact this business and I'm never able to speak with anyone except once and asked them to pick up the car, no one did. Now recently the voice recording states their office will reopen on October 20th. I've been wanting this resolved and unsuccessful.

I filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2016. It was a 100% plan, meaning all outstanding debts would be paid. A car loan through Santander was a part of this plan. Apparently, they sold the debt to NCEP. I made all my payments and my bankruptcy is now complete. The final payment was made on this particular debt in July of 2018. Currently, it is March of 2022. I have now moved to another state (FL) and I need to transfer my title, but I don't have the title. Since the car and all debts associated with the car are paid in full, I should have received my title 4 years ago. Instead I received nothing. Now that my bankruptcy is complete, I definitely should have received my title. Still, nothing. Their Customer Disservice number hangs up. Nothing to be gained or accomplished there. So, here I am. Not because I'm the complaining type, but because they have failed to deliver on their business obligations and cannot be contacted via any conventional means. Will I get my title now? Probably not. More nothing from them because that's all they seem to deliver.

Please accept this as the response of NCEP, LLC ("NCEP") to this complaint.  NCEP currently owns this account as successor to Santander Consumer USA.  Our records indicate that there have been consistent payments on a monthly basis with the last payment received being in January of 2022.  Our records also indicate that a discharge of the Bankruptcy proceeding has not yet been entered.  However, as a courtesy to this customer, we have requested the title and, once processed, we will send it with the lien released to the customer at the address showing on this ******************** complaint.  Please contact me at your convenience if more information is needed.
