This company is not friendly to African Americans and they cater to certain populations. They hire people who are of foreign decent and very rarely hire African Americans. My experience with them is they want black people to sometimes work when there is noone else, for them but they make the work environment so hostile and unfriendly. They speak to each other in their language and you are not included in any ************* so you have no clue of what's going on with citations or plans of corrections. They make allegations against African American nurses but never physically provide any instructions as to what is really required. This company has gone through several managers and honestly they choose them not by their education but based on who they know. Very unprofessional! They are constantly taking on homecare clients all across Georgia with insufficient staff to care for them in their home. Almost all of their clients are admitted with the diagnosis of Osteoarthritis but can leave the country for months at a time. Yes they are on ********* We have citizens in this country who deserve those ******** benefits and this company is using it for the Indian, Korean, Russian, and Vietnamese population solely.
