On February 13 2023 I hired ******************************************* to do my taxes, download all my documents and signed the return for e-filed and made the payment in full of $650 for the services by March 13th 2023, by April 17th2023 I received a email confirmation from *********************** that my electronic return was file. I had been checking IRS to verify my returns and find out the returns never got filed. ***************** the *** at the office said there was a problem with my PIN or SS, that they never told me before and my return need to be paper file to IRS, I agree and signed the papers on March 19th 2023. I made several calls to the office and just get passed along. *********************** said he mailed the forms personally, but he can't provided me with the tracking number of mailing. ******* *** has been involved and all parties are ignoring my request. I am deeply bothered by this, I have 23 Years filing my taxes and never been late to IRS, and/or any financial responsibilities. Please Help. As today 06/13/2023 my tax returns is not file to IRSBusiness response

i have reviewed your email and all information in your client files. It appears that your tax returns were timely filed electronically but were rejected by the *** because a Personal Identification Number (***) was nor included with the tax return. There was no information concerning the *** in any of the information that you provided to us and apparently you did not have knowledge of the ***. This is not an unusual situation and is often caused by an attempted identity theft in a prior year. The resolution is to file a paper copy of the tax return with the ***. The tax return was filed by us and received by the *** on May 25, 2023. It does take longer for the *** to process a paper tax return but you are due a refund. The information for depositing your refund into your bank account was furnished to the ***. If you receive any correspondence from the ***, please send me a copy and I'll immediately follow up to resolve any issue. I expect that you have already received your refund or will be receiving it in the near future. Unfortunately, once a tax return has been filed there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.

I am rejecting this response because: your office neglect to file my taxes on time as you promise to me in January 2023 at the initial appointment at your office. Today July 26th, 2023, I still haven't received anything to confirm my taxes being file to IRS. Of course, because I am an insignificant individual belong to a minority group with no money your office treated me like that.Thank you for your negligent unfair treatment.
