I send the package using *********** to send to another carrier to send the items internationally but the carrier kingsworld cargo lost my package and claim to never receive the package. The package is in their possession and *** did an investigation on the package and provided proof that the package is in kingsworld cargo hands. Kingsworld cargo denies of having the package and doesnt want to pay for responsibility of the package. *** did an investigation of the case and indeed kingsworld cargo located in ******* is at fault. I prefer a refund of the amount of the package which is around $2000 or more. Or they can give me back my items by shipping them back to me which are the two phones and watch.Business response

Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why you contend our alleged service did not meet your expectations. We have every desire to address our actual customers needs and provide the best solution available to resolve issues as soon as possible.
Kingsworld Cargo and Travels, **** is a one-stop shop for freight-forwarding, logistics services, and travel and tourism. We provide air freight, e-procurement, door-to-door delivery, auto/car shipping, and containerized freight services. We are also an accredited DHL service for the general public. With this said, we have established secure and reliable procedures for both shipping and receiving packages and other freight.
We have become familiar with your claim and have performed an internal investigation, including a physical search of our facility and multiple searches of our systems in an attempt to locate your package. Unfortunately, we remain firm in our position that we did not receive your package and have never been in possession of it. We have a strict policy of recording all incoming packages into our system immediately. If your package was handed to one of our representatives, we assure you that we would have entered it into our system.
It is possible that the carrier delivered your package to the wrong location or left it somewhere without a representative authorized to receive packages, and nonetheless provided you with a confirmation stating that we received it. In fact, on July 12, 2022, you stated that your carrier told you your package was lost. Please also note that we did not sign the purported delivery confirmation you received. Accordingly, we strongly recommend that you contact your carrier to assist you with this claim.
It is our understanding that a third-party told you to send your package to our location and that he would arrange for us to ship it outside the country, however, we do not have any record of a transaction with us regarding this package. You have stated that you never reached out to us regarding this claimed transaction. We do not recommend sending packages to our location without prior confirmation, so that we can anticipate receiving them. If a third-party arranged for transport of this package and received a confirmation from us, please let us know. Without such confirmation, however, it is our understanding that the carrier was the last known entity to possess your package while in transit. Once again, we recommend that you contact your carrier to help resolve your claim.
While we have exhausted our ability to assist you further beyond our previous phone, email, and face-to-face communications, we wish you the best in locating your package.

I got a call from an attorney that Kingsworld cargo hired and the attorney said they do have my package but under a different tracking number.
