I contacted the company to request the service of moving and relocating a pool table to a hallway (10/03/22) while we had the carpets replaced in the pool room and to move it back to its original location when the carpets were replaced (10/10/22). I payed each day $247 for a total of $494.They arrived on 10/3 to move it to the hallway, the table stayed on the hallway until the carpet company finished with their work and came back on 10/10 to relocate it. They used pads to slide it on the carpet and 2 customized old dollies to move the table to and from the hallway. On the day that the crew moved the table back to the pool room I noticed many scratches in the hallway's hardwood floors. I believe this resulted from the wheels of the dollies used to move the table so I proceeded to let the crew know about this before they left and took pictures as well that were sent to a representative of the company. I spoke many times with him and he promised I was going to be contacted to get a resolution, that they would take care of this. That was on 10/10/22. He called and I called many times in the course of the next week without a resolution. They have been delaying replying with a day to come to make a repair as they promised. So today I called again and spoke with an employee named ******************* confirmed the owner will not be taking responsibility and will not send someone to fix it. I am very disappointed how this has been handled and that they are not bringing someone to repair my floors that were in perfect shape before they came to move the table. I would like a refund of the changes for the services provided that were unsatisfactory.
