I purchased a wig from this company.. it was advertised at HUMAN HAIR.. THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS 100% HUMAN HAIR.. IT'S IN A BALLED UP KNOT AFTER 3 DAYS OF WEARING IT.. I ADDED NO CHEMICALS. I WASN'T IN ANY POOLS.. ALL I DID WAS TRY TO WASH IT WITH SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER WHEN I REMOVED IT AND IT'S STUCK TOGETHER AND MATTED IN CERTAIN AREAS.. I'VE BEEN SOUND HAIR FOR OVER 17 YEARS AND I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE.. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR FOR THEM TO SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR..Initial Complaint

I requested multiple times for them to stop emailing me. I requested my account be deleted. After my request the emails increased. I dont want to block them I want the entire account I created deleted and out of their system.Initial Complaint

I order a wig and paid extra for the bye bye knots and precut. The unit arrived a week later on Friday. I opened it on Saturday and my surprise it didn't look like the picture I seen. I still seen the knots and I could clearly see it wasn't bleached at all. I tried to email them, my email wouldn't go through. I called the phone number wasn't active. So they have a message center on the site, I got to someone and they trying to justify that it was bleached. I have bleached hair went to shops and ********* on hair bleached and it wasn't bleached.Initial Complaint

First, the company is oversolicitous. However, the issue that I have is that there is a product that I purchased that is not like the website description nor does it look like the pictures on the website. I sent in a request to start a return in which you have to wait for a confirmation number but this is the last day for me to return this item and I still have not received a confirmation number. I'm trying to get someone to help me because I've reached out four different ways and still have heard nothing.
