I received a nebulizer from my primary doctor on 09.23.21 & it is 100% covered by my HUMANA insurance. I know this because i called my insurance to verify.This company has billed my insurance every month since then for more nebulizers! It's been billed on the following dates: 09.23.21, 10.23.21, 11.23.21, 12.23.21, 01.23.22. They have billed on my insurance 5 TIMES for 5 NEBULIZERS.Every time I call, I'm on hold forever & then it just hangs up on me. I have called EVERY time I receive a ****, which has been monthly since September 2021.Initial Complaint

I have received multiple bills from them even after paying the copay from insurance. Each time I call and pay I receive another bill for some miscellaneous charge. I have attempted to call them to find out what the charges are for and no one ever answers. I've gotten multiple bills for 11.96 that I've paid and 18.98
