I booked this company through movinghelp.com which is a Uhaul provided company. ***** which is the owner of the company decided that she would come three hours late to start the job that was supposed to start at 1 PM also upon arriving her, and the two gentlemen that were with her Started working we got to my new home around 4:30. After moving a few things in they took breaks and lunch breaks while on my time . They scratched up my walls. They broke my furniture. They broke my dressers. The walls are completely damaged from them moving things in. I contacted ***** to see if she would either fix the problem or refund me my money, and she has decided to ignore me so I am also in the process of trying to to do next as far as what I need to do . I reached out to moving help and they let me know it was nothing they can do other then encourage the company to refund me or fix the problem. ***** has not tried to do anything to help resolve the issue, but ignore me. She also charge me extra money for the extra two hours of the moving my items in it was supposed to have been $60 a hour she charged me $80 . It was nowhere on the contract that it was supposed to be $80 for a weekend move-in . I then contacted ***** again and she has not contacted me back . I have the invoice she gave me and I have the actual real invoice from moving help . Moving help has insured me that I need to move forward with legal actions against this company for the behaviors and unprofessional actions.
