            We used this moving company to move from **********, ** to *************, **. **** (I think owner) and ***** (Office Manager?) were both contacts of ours during the process. Once our belongings got to ** the amount of damage was INSANE. Broken furniture, TV, big green egg, torn box springs, broken lamps, boxes completely destroyed - totaling almost $5000. They asked us for an itemized list with pictures, which we provided. And then NO WORD BACK. Won't answer calls - don't know anyone email address or last name. Finally 3 months later get an email from a "gmail" account yesterday from an "****************" (no one will provide last names or a company email / direct phone) saying our claim is denied because we packed it all ourselves and who knows if it was damaged before. We backed our boxes (which they mangled and destroyed) but they packed our furniture, TV, Big Green *** and Lamps that were all destroyed. We have had to replace / fix / toss many items. Further we got a box of someone else's and one of our boxes was missing - and no one cares! Need resolution.

            Deceptive business practices. Will not provide documentation I was forced to sign on moving day, after numerous phone calls and emails. Damaged and destroyed many items in move from Douglasville, Ga. to West Palm Beach, Fl., on 6/22/2021. Owner, Adam, operates under several different moving company names. Their equipment is broken and cannot properly load and unload items. Their personnel are hired off the street for each situation with the exception of one employee. Cannot file damage claim with the insurance company because cannot get info from Adam or Carol, the office manager. Website shows nice looking trucks and personnel but this is not the actual product you get. It's now been almost 4 months and still awaiting refund for damaged and destroyed items. Unbelievable way to run a legitimate business.

            On June 1, 2021 Ms. ****** was sent by email , requesting a list of all damages that she incurred in her move, along with other documentation, that is needed to process her claim (pictures of damages). As of this date Ms. ****** has not provided our company with any information to process her claim.

            This is a bold face lie from the personnel at the moving company. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED any correspondence from this entity since the loss occurred. My emails have been ignored, phone calls not answered or returned. I have repeatedly left messages for supporting documentation and information. This is just another example of their deception and deceptive business operation. The last contact we have had with this outfit was when their lone employee told us he had been a party of many of the damaged customers on the day the cargo was delivered to the storage facility, Piano was dropped on its back 2 times, bedroom suite bed headboard broken, numerous clearly marked "fragile" boxes crushed, dropped chest, etc. These are the damages that can be seen from storage facility door. Lies, lies, and fraudulent claims by this outfit need only be evident in their website depiction of their personnel and equipment.
