      We used this moving company to move from **********, ** to *************, **. **** (I think owner) and ***** (Office Manager?) were both contacts of ours during the process. Once our belongings got to ** the amount of damage was INSANE. Broken furniture, TV, big green egg, torn box springs, broken lamps, boxes completely destroyed - totaling almost $5000. They asked us for an itemized list with pictures, which we provided. And then NO WORD BACK. Won't answer calls - don't know anyone email address or last name. Finally 3 months later get an email from a "gmail" account yesterday from an "****************" (no one will provide last names or a company email / direct phone) saying our claim is denied because we packed it all ourselves and who knows if it was damaged before. We backed our boxes (which they mangled and destroyed) but they packed our furniture, TV, Big Green *** and Lamps that were all destroyed. We have had to replace / fix / toss many items. Further we got a box of someone else's and one of our boxes was missing - and no one cares! Need resolution.

      Long Distance Moving & Storage completely damaged my household goods/stuff including furniture.They also charged me extra fees not included, discussed, agreed upon, or disclosed in the Agreement.They delayed in picking up my stuff and in delivering the same. They took way longer than the agreed number of days, causing me a lot of inconveniences and unnecessary costs. I called and emailed them numerous times but all they did was give me runarounds. They finally decided never to answer my calls or emails.I have hired a legal firm to pursue the claims for my damaged stuff. My attorney has made several attempts to contact them but they have never responded to his letters.This moving company has caused delay in this case because they have deliberately refused to respond or communicate.They know that they are at fault; detailed letters, claim forms, and pictures of the damaged goods were submitted to them but they have decided to ignore all my communications.I need your intervention in this matter because they have refused to respond to my attorney.No other consumer needs to do business with this company, they need to be made responsible for their negligence and also be made to stop the moving business, immediately, because of the way they operate and treat innocent and vulnerable consumers!! Please help, thank you!
