On 12/17 I ordered brakes and rotors for my vehicle online. I put in the year, make & model of my vehicle and they specified the parts that would work. We picked up our order and spent 6 hours in the cold/rain putting the *************** on our vehicle. The vehicle began making a strange noise after that. We took it too a mechanic who told us the 2 rotors were 2 different sizes and the brakes were not for our vehicle. He had to fix the issue which cost us $473.90. The mechanic gave us our brakes and rotors to return to Napa which we did. I would like a refund for the cost of the mechanic to fix our car do to their error. We have called Napa multiple times and they always say they will call back within 24 hours and never do. Our reference # they supplied is INC5333791Business response

Ordered On: Sun May, 2023 $42.69 Napa will refuse to give a refund for to one week before they start the process of refunding you and if you buy online and try to cancel the order you will get the run around and this after been told it will be there on 5-16-23 but nobody cares to do they job right so my order hasn't been ship yet so Now I'm fighting to get my money. I will be filling with my bank about this fraud transaction.
